Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser in the freezer door, dishwasher, glasstop range with self-cleaning and convection oven, built-in above-range microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen has a large dining island which seats nine. This flows into the adjacent living area furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, two upholstered side chairs with cocktail table and coffee table on an area rug. There is also a credenza with a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors from the living area provide access to a screened in furnished balcony overlooking the canal and boat dock. Furnishings include a table with two high-boy chairs, two cushioned sofas and a coffee table. There are also stairs leading down to the pavered patio area below. Take a dip in our inviting heated pool and unwind in the relaxing spa combo, perfect for any time of year. The living area and kitchen ceilings go up to the second floor, and there is a mezzanine around the entire area. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room and an extra refrigerator/freezer.

The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, a tall dresser with mirror and wall-mounted flat screen TV. There is a huge walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a quartz vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass door. Downstairs the first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands, ample closet space and double dresser with wall mirror. The second guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands, ample closet space, a 5-drawer chest and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has a quartz-top vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode, and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower.
