Beach Pearl is a beautifully maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on the north end of the island in a tranquil neighborhood. It is just a quick walk to the beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood in the much desired North End near restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment. The Fishing Pier and Times Square plus plenty of restaurants, pubs, shoppes and entertainment are just a short walk away. Hotel style five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style.
Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Water activities abound, with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, parasailing and other close by things to do.
Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.
The kitchen is beautifully designed and fully equipped. It has a beautiful blue tile countertop, stainless steel appliances that include a two-door refrigerator with top freezer, a glass top range with self-cleaning oven and a built-in above-range microwave oven.
The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, tables and chairs, and flat screen TV. A sun room extends from the living room. The deck wraps around overlooking the street and the side and rear of the home and the private swimming pool and sun deck. There are also stairs providing access down to the pool. The deck is nicely furnished with tables and chairs. The bathrooms are comfortable and large. The second bathroom has the private washer and dryer.
The private pool has a plenty of entertainment space and bar to make drinks and serve great food! Beach items are provided and may include a cart, towels, umbrella & chairs. Roomy deck for relaxing.

Just stayed at the house…perfect location to access Ft. Myers business district. House was clean and close to the ocean. Having the pool to come back to after leaving the beach was very refreshing. Would like to see the area once it’s totally rebuilt and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Location
Fantastic stay at Beach Pearl. The location makes it easy to get to the beach and restaurants, just a quick walk. The pool area is great for relaxing and privacy, and our family loved the deck for the sunsets. Can't wait to come back!

A lovely stay!
The property was exactly as pictured and provided a wonderful space to spend time with family. We walked to the beach (prime location), used the pool quite a few times, and spent time playing a few games that were provided. It was well appointed and clean.

Family time winter escape
Nice very clean accommodations, wonderful to have private pool and back patio area. Can walk 5 min to beach, breakfast places, ice cream, Diamondhead bar/restaurant, and times square is only 15 min walk. We rented bikes to explore and run errands to publix and go faster than the traffic.

Enjoyed A Comfortable Stay!
Can't say enough good things about this classic beach home! Close to beach, Margaritaville dining and entertainment, awesome pool and pool relaxing area to chill and enjoy the evening. Absolutely will stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting an easy going beach vibe. Rental company is super nice and easy to deal with too. We'll be back!

This property is in the perfect location - close to the beach & short walk to Margaritaville, and the Times Square area. The house was clean & offered the necessary amenities for the week. Perfect location with private pool in Ft. Myers Beach
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Ft. Myers Beach! The location is fantastic—just a 7-minute walk to the public beach access, so it's super easy to get to the sand and surf. After a day at the beach, we loved coming back to relax in the private pool (with outdoor shower). It was the perfect spot to unwind with a drink in hand.
The house itself is very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to cook meals at home. The overall vibe of the place is exactly what you'd want for a beach vacation...full of those relaxed beach vibes.
Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access!

Perfect for sun & fun
Great house and a great location. The house was perfect for our needs – five friends getting together for some sun and fun. Enjoyed the many outdoor areas for sitting, including the pool area, the deck, and even the front patio. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy to walk to beach or Times Square.

Loved staying at the Beach Pearl,my family and I had a very relaxing time we spent almost every day at the beach which was a short 5 minute or less walk from the house, or spent it at the pool at the house ( which was amazing to have all to ourselves ). House provided everything me and my family needed during our stay. Nice and clean very well takin care of property. Nice seating area with tv for entertainment by the pool which was a plus. Washer and dryer was great to have as we stayed for 8 days .overall great place to stay, my family and I will be staying here again in the future.

Great place and even better Customer Service!
The beach house was just as described and was so close to everything we love in Fort Myers Beach. This was our first time renting a house instead of a condo on the beach and it exceeded our expectations with a great pool and merely steps from the beach. The real standout, however, was the team at Coastal Breeze Vacation rentals. They were quick to respond through the messaging feature, answered all of our questions, and were so kind. Preston, Luke, and the rest of the team were always respectful and responsive to even the slightest queries. I'm hard to impress when it comes to customer service, but this team deserves all the stars available in that regard!

Nice house and layout. Maintenance and service people excellent. Problem was entire house was too dark. Light bulbs not bright enough and living room much too dark. Until the city does something about the traffic on Estero Blvd we will not be coming back.

Wonderful stay!
Property is just as listed. It was very clean, cute property. Pool was awesome after a day at the beach. Everything was there that you might need during your stay. Celia the owner was there when we arrived and was wonderful too! Only issue was the home next door was installing a new pool post storm and they had a sump pump in the hole running water out to the street. Unfortunately this morning when we were checking out almost the entire lower level was flooded. We had the walk through water to load the cars. So apologies if the floors were a little messy when the cleaning people showed up!! But other than that, awesome stay and would definitely rent again! Mike

Property was nice however had minor maintenance issue with door that apparently had been reported by people even prior to us and still not fixed by time we left. Difficult to get ahold of anyone to report issue. Properly had strange workbench near pool and patio area that was difficult to move around and scratched someone fairly bad when walking by. Could not figure out how to turn on any patio pool lights and no direction on how. No very clear directions on checking in or out. Probably wouldn't rent again.

Thank you for your response Darrin. We appreciate your feedback. Please know the door issue was resolved. The handle was slightly loose and we secured it and the issue has since been resolved. The door still opened properly and there is also a second entrance door that can be utilized. We offer 24 hour assistance and are available via email, text, and phone. We are unsure as to why you say we are not responsive, as we responded accordingly to resolve the minor issue. The table by the pool deck is for guests. We would have been happy to resolve the table issue if we heard from you about it. Please know it has since been resolved. The patio lights turn on with the switches near the front door. We do not offer any pool lights, as it does not show in the amenities listed. We also sent multiple emails with complete details on check-in instructions and check-out instructions. Again, we would have been more than happy to resolve any inconvenience you may have had during your stay, but we did not hear from you. We hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay. Thank you.
