Beautiful 4BR Island Home - Renseignez-vous sur nos spéciaux d'été le week-end !!!

Belle maison avec piscine située à l'extrémité sud de l'île et à quelques pas de la plage. Cette maison à plusieurs niveaux, 4 chambres, 4 salles de bain pour 8 personnes. Cette maison est la retraite parfaite pour vos vacances à Fort Myers Beach. Le niveau inférieur dispose d'une suite en droit avec son propre coin salon, kitchenette, salle de bain et coin couchage. La cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon sont situés au niveau intermédiaire dans un aménagement à aire ouverte. Il y a aussi une chambre et une salle de bain complète à ce niveau. Un pont enveloppant offre beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre. Le niveau supérieur a la chambre principale avec sa propre salle de bain privée et une deuxième chambre et salle de bain. Les chambres ont accès à des balcons. Chaque chambre a sa propre télévision à écran plat et la maison est équipée du WiFi.

La maison dispose d'une immense véranda blindée qui couvre une belle piscine chauffée et un bain à remous. Il y a beaucoup de places assises, y compris un foyer au propane et une télévision à grand écran. Également situé au niveau inférieur situé juste à l'extérieur de la suite en droit est un 2ème bain à remous autonome. La maison est à quelques pas de la plage et de l'un des meilleurs bars tiki de l'île. C'est l'un des meilleurs endroits de l'île pour admirer nos magnifiques couchers de soleil!

Amazing house

We loved everything about the house! It was perfect for 2 families to share all week. The mother inlaw suite was great! The pool and hot tub was used everyday and having the tv outside was a nice feature to enjoy. The screened in area kept any bugs out. It was a quiet neighborhood and the short walk to the greatnicegreat.enjoyoitside

Great house, close to beach

Property was very nice, couple minute walk to the beach. Some beach items provided (chairs, umbrella, cart and cooler), we bought some boogie boards and sand toys and left there. Outside space is great with several seating options! New grill which was nice. Pool and spa (can turn it into a hot tub) was amazing and kids spent so much time there. Area is still being rebuilt, some things were opened. Rooms were great sized. The fourth bedroom is a separate mother in law suite, there is no access to suite from inside main house (that was a disappointment due the family dynamics). Overall house was great and would stay again. Three bedrooms in main house all have sliding glass doors with hotel like long thin blinds, no curtains, so rooms are very bright very early (curtains would be nice).

Easy access to beach!

The house and pool/hot tub were amazing! Easy access to beach and Publix was close by for shopping. They have the pool area set up perfect, sat in the hot tub and watched some the football games when we got back from the beach. HahaJust a great fun place to stay in paradise!

HOME EXCELLENT GRADE

Driftwood Lane was excellent. Our host Michael kept us informed before our arrival. The home was spacious and very clean. The way the home is set up, three couples had plenty of privacy, but also great common area. Nice neighborhood. Our group already pondering renting in the future. Tks Michael

Practically Perfect in every way

There was not a single thing about this property that we didn’t love. The house was immaculate and well stocked. We had two teenagers who spent 90% of their time by the pool and they loved it. Short walk to the beach and the trolley into town was affordable. A lot of the businesses in the area are starting to come back but the island is still recovering. This property was stunning with zero issues and we were there for 2 weeks. Pet friendly is a must for us and the dogs enjoyed sitting out on the covered deck with us in the evenings watching the lizards outside the screen. Paradise.

Beautiful home

Very nice home between fort myers beach and Bonita springs. We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday with his sister’s family. Three teens and three adults. We had plenty of room, fun at the pool and spa. Beach access close by and very clean and quiet. We shopped at Publix a mile from the home. Unforgettable stay!

Friend get away

The on line details were somewhat off due to the hurricane. There wasn’t a lot to do on the south side of the beach, but the house was great for us. Nice living area, pool and hot tub. The heater in the pool wasn’t working, but Michael had it up and running in a day. The view wasn’t great, but again because of the hurricane. This was a neighboring property not Michael’s. It was for sale so hopefully cleaned up soon. No complaints about the rental property itself. Beach was close and in great shape. Also bus transportation was available to the north and south of the property which we used a few times.

FT Myers Beach Family Vacation

I would recommend this house for anyone who is thinking about doing a family vacation. My husband and I went with my son and his family (2 grandsons 4 and 2 years). The pool area is spacious, and the water was warm; the grandkids had a blast! The house is big enough so that no one ever felt we were in each other's way or space. The rooms are large as well are the bathrooms. The beach is a short walk (approx. 5-7 minutes), we walked every night to watch the sunset. They have beach chairs and a wagon to bring your beach stuff. The BBQ works well however the tank ran out of propane. We called Mike the property manager; he told us to go buy a replacement for the tank at Publix and he would reimburse us for the tank. I texted him the receipt and he refunded us over and above the cost of tank through the VRBO website. This house is just what you see in the pictures... you will not be disappointed.

Amazing Property

The layout of this house is top notch! Perfect for a large family or multiple couples. The walk to the beach is short and the heated pool and hot tub were a huge bonus for the chilly weather we had. Plenty of supplies are provided, very clean, and a very easy check in and check out process. Can’t say enough great things about this house and the property manager.

Amazing property!!

I cannot share enough great comments about this property. It was amazing for our family, and Mike was very communicative! The photos and descriptions are spot on, and the info folder was very helpful. There was plenty of space and an assortment of household items. Everything you need is at your fingertips. The pool/hot tub set up was perfect although we had an issue towards the end of our stay (Mike was on top of it though). The water level mark outside from Hurricane Ian was humbling, and knowing that so many renovations were down to restore the property was impressive. We look forward to returning for years to come!

Fun on the beach

Plenty of room, for everyone; we had eight total, seven adults and one infant, lots of fun in the pool, and hot tub! Had a little hiccup with the air conditioning, but Mike was on top of it, called for service immediately! I have to say we had a wonderful time, would love to go back again!

Fun place

Pool was great for kids since the deep end wasn’t deeper than 5ft, spa attached was lovely addition! There was a bunch of beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, blanket, etc.) available for use. TVs had Disney plus and each bedroom was comfortable (although beds are on softer side). Lots of bathrooms which is always more comfortable for everyone. Less than 5 min walk to the beach, and just a min or two to the 7-11 for slushies! Would maybe recommend one more outdoor trash can since they fill up fast and trash day is mid week. Thanks for the lovely stay:)

Good location

The outside of the property was where we spent the most time. We used the pool and hot tub most of the time we were at the house. The tv and lounging areas outside were great as well. Had a few issues in the beginning but they were fixed within a short period of time.

Had a family wedding at the outrigger was half a block away enjoyed that it was so close. House was very clean nice that each room had there own bathroom. Pool wash clean and refreshing. Thanks for such a nice stay.

This home in unbelievable!

Not only is it very spacious but the layout is amazing!. I’ve stayed at many beach houses in my life, this one rates 5 star amazing! Verbo assigned Michael to us he did a beyond awesome job. You cannot go wrong renting this home it wonderful!

Vacation in Ft. Myers Beach, FL

Fabulous home with a great layout for multiple couples. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms in main part of house. Lower level has an “in-law” suite that worked well for the person in our group that needed an office set up while on vacation. Pool, hot tub & lanai were awesome!

The pool and spa were fantastic!!

We spent 3 to 4 hours in the pool after returning from the beach, which was a very short walk from Beach Access 11. Outriggers was directly across the street and Pinchets was .5 miles south. We also had a 7/11 convenience store, Publix and CVS within a mile. The best part was having a bathroom for each bedroom for privacy. There was lots of outdoor seating but the furniture could use some updating. Also, the suntanning chairs need replacing. Overall, we loved the place and the location!!

Perfect for group of 8 friends

The home is very well kept and works well for 4 couples. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. The pool area was wonderful. Lots of space to sit in sun or shade and well equipped with toys. Location close to beach and easy access through Outrigger resort with a stop on the way home for a frozen drink. Location at south end of island is away from Spring Breakers. We wold definitely rent again. Only drawback for seniors: steps to get to main floor and more steps to 2 of te bedrooms.
