Cette chambre à coucher 4 lits king-size, un lit escamotable queen-size, un lit gigogne (deux lits jumeaux), une maison pour 3 salles de bain est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et à un pâté de maisons de tous les restaurants et magasins de Times Square / Pier. Un pâté de maisons à TImes Square, la jetée et la plage. Profitez de la paisible piscine chauffée couverte par une lanai pour vous protéger des insectes et des feuilles. La piscine a un beau bar en acajou à une extrémité. Le bar dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 50 pouces, d'une machine à glaçons, d'un réfrigérateur et d'un mixeur. BBQ du poisson frais de nos marchés locaux sur votre barbecue à gaz. À l'étage, grande cuisine entièrement équipée, grande salle à manger pouvant accueillir 8 à 10 personnes, grand salon avec divans en cuir beige, Lazie Boys inclinables, télévision à écran plat 50 pouces, 2 salles de bains, terrasse, bureau , une buanderie et 3 chambres avec lit king-size, chacune avec une télévision et un grand lit escamotable. En bas se trouve un appartement d'une chambre avec un lit king. Le salon a un lit gigogne qui sort dans deux lits jumeaux, une télévision à écran plat et un coin salon. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et il y a une salle de bain complète. Cet appartement est idéalement situé à côté de la piscine pour l'utilisation des toilettes et des équipements de cuisine. Également à côté de la piscine se trouve une douche extérieure pour la piscine ou pour la plus grande personne de votre groupe. Il y a des cannes à pêche pour pêcher dans le canal et deux vélos utilisés pour aller à la plage ou visiter l'île. À condition également sont beaucoup de jouets de piscine, jouets de sable, chariot de plage, chaises de plage, refroidisseur de roulement, et parasol de plage. Le long du canal est un grand quai pour votre commodité de pêche. Si vous préférez simplement vous détendre dans le hamac sur le quai ou vous asseoir et regarder les bateaux, les dauphins et les lamantins passent. Pour les plus jeunes, il y a une chaise haute, un siège pour bébé, un berceau, un siège d'appoint, des jeux de poussette et des jouets. Cette propriété est située à côté de Paradise Cove, qui est un roi 3, 5 salles de bain, piscine, canal, maison tiki bar. Mettez-les ensemble pour une grande réunion de famille. Travelled with 3 toddlers and this place was perfect! Lots of sand toys to take to the beach! Great location. We walked everywhere!

Close to Everything

House had everything we needed. The kids loved having a pool and spent a majority of their time there. We rented a boat and parked it on the canal. Owner was responsive when we had a couple questions. Location was great, easy walk to several good restaurants. Times Square beach was crowded both days we went down, so we mostly just took the boat out to find more private locations. Was nice to be able to bring the dog along and the fee was reasonable.

FAMILY VACATION

We had a great vacation. We would definitely like to stay here again. The location was fantastic. The lay out of the house allowed for privacy for everyone. We really appreciated the screened in pool. We do a great deal of cooking and the kitchen was well appropriated. The owner was easy to communicate with. No complaints at all!!

A great get-away

I rented Tess' place for a week in May to celebrate my 30th birthday with my siblings and their spouses. The good: The pictures don't even begin to do it justice. This house is a-w-e-s-o-m-e. The pool is salt water and nice and deep and huge. There's a bar and a little apartment. The master bathroom has a bidet and the master bed adjusts and vibrates lol. There was more than enough room to spread out and have some space if you need it. It is located on the canal and if you hop in one of the three kayaks you are a few strokes away from the back bay. The house itself is RIGHT around the corner from downtown. The sunsets are amazing, the local restaurants are really cool. I loved it. The (not bad, but, idk... notable?) - It was just bad luck but the air went out on our last night there and it was so hot and humid. Tess was as responsive and helpful as it was reasonable to expect her to be at 8pm on a Friday night. But that was a bummer. -The downstairs apartment is a little musty. If that smell is something you are sensitive to, keep the teenagers down there lol.

Great Holiday Getaway!

From booking through our stay everything was easy. Tess is very nice and responsive to all of my inquiries. The place was clean and large enough for our whole family. A lot of room in the open concept living space, although most of our time was spent by the pool which also has a lot of room. Would definitely recommend to any family!

This property was in a fantastic location in walking distance to many shops and restaurants, the beach and the pier. We enjoyed the space with room for all. The pool and outdoor space was perfect. GREAT Location!!!

Had a fantastic time in this house! Mid July with 4 couples. Brought our boat and kept it at the dock. Made friends with neighbors on both sides. House is great; master bedroom has adjustable massage bed and bidet in bathroom—surprise bonus! Had everything we needed in the kitchen, bar area was great and ice maker well used!! Fish light attracts fish every night and there’s a bar in the dock for hanging by the water. In laws stayed in downstairs apartment and it was great to have an extra fridge and bathroom (fridge also behind bar). Tess was friendly and helpful and If I have any suggestions for her it would be to request the cleaning people tidy up the outside area in the back and outdoor shower periodically. All was good once we cleaned up a little, and we spent lots of time out there. Short walk to beach, restaurants, shops, pier, and on weekends there’s a band outside in Times Square, street performers, and additional activities. Thanks Tess for everything—we had a great time!!!

Great place to relax

Location is perfect for walking to everything you want. House is clean and almost everything needed is provided. Our only complaints are the fishing rods were not in good condition and the grill was not cleaned. Wonderful sidenote, the dining room made a great backup plan for our rained out beach wedding ceremony!

Perfect vacation home!

This home has everything you need for a family vacation at the beach. It is in the perfect location and has absolutely everything that you need for your vacation. The pool area with the outdoor eating area is perfect for kids. It's a short walk to the beach, lots of restaurants and shopping. The inside of the home is spacious and has all the amenities. We truly did not need to bring anything other than our clothes. Everything else was provided in the home. We've stayed in a lot of beach homes over the years and this one is far superiors to anywhere else we've ever stayed.

This property has ample space inside and out. There are so many options for activities on and near the property. We spent very little time inside because the lanai and pool were so roomy and comfortable. Our host responded to our extra needs promptly. We would recommend this property!

Location is perfect

The house is in the perfect location. Close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, beach and the pier. The house had everything we wanted and more. We used the pool everyday also used the fishing pole, bikes, wagon, sand toys, beach umbrella, coolers, gas grill, Karaoke machine. This is our 2nd time to FMB and the 2nd time renting from Tess. Great Location!

The furniture was a little bit dated and worn, but the house was perfect for our family and great location to walk every where! We loved the screened in pool! We actually caught a few fish as well in the canal!! Tess was awesome to work with, even through the pandemic, as we had to cancel a few times. She was very understanding and always replied very quickly to our concerns!!! We had an awesome time (hated to leave) and would love to come back to this place again some time!!! House and location are amazing

The house had EVERYTHING you need, and was amazing. And location was great, in the heart of the beach, but just far enough out for peace and quiet. The owner is very responsive and pays attention to all the little details All the beds were comfortable and CLEAN The best part of this place is the pool area Pool is very clean and the area around was setup for hanging out with large groups If you’re looking for a place to stay in Fort Myers beach, I would recommend this place

We own Paradise Cove, sleeping 6-8 people, has a pool, bar and canal, Beach House across the street from these two, 4 king bedrooms, two bath, pool and Tiki Bar, Heavenly Tropics, 4 king, 3 bath, Tiki Bar, and pool, And Sunshine Cove and Sunshine Nook each one king duplex with lock out door and pool all rentals in Fort Myers Beach FL. During the summer we are in Minnesota to be near our four children, their spouses and 10 grandchildren. We have great friends who help us out with our rentals when we are not here. During the winter we are snowbirds and reside on Fort Myers Beach which we love! The kids do come and visit. We have retired from the family car lot and have let the kids take over.
