Oceanfront 4/3 beach house sitting right above the waves! - Just Beachy

This oceanfront home sits right on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico. It is a dream location where you can enjoy the waves from your deck or right out from the bottom of your stairs. This open floor plan has great spaces for enjoying a family vacation, with a large kitchen/dining area and living space with majestic views of the water. The living room has an oversized flatscreen TV and a large sectional sofa. The home is tastefully decorated throughout and has two oceanfront bedrooms with doors that take you directly from the bedroom to the back deck.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-dog maximum limit, $100 pet fee per dog applies.

Perfect size and location for a familly of 6 with plenty of extra space to relax. It was great being able to the sunrise and set from the deck. It was nice being able to set up fishing poles and relax.

Hurricane Raphael couldn't drive us out

It was our first time to Dauphin Island. The property was very nice. Right on the water...literally. The ugly weather didn't affect the stay, just the beach size. We will definitely consider going back.

On beach

Great location, spacious 4 bedrooms, new appliances, management very responsive. Nice covered deck with direct access to beach. No gate in back stairs so if traveling with small children you need to bring a gate and pack and play. Did have a highchair. We were very happy there and would book again.

Subpar Beach House

Our party of 13 stayed at Just Beachy in July 2025. When we arrived at 4:30 PM, there were two dogs in the house. Apparently, other people were able to enter the house. We aren’t exactly sure how they mixed up houses but were concerned of the lack of security to the home before we arrived. The rental company were quick to arrive. They offered up their office refrigerator to store our cold food while the house was re-cleaned which we insisted it be done. They also paid for our dinner since we couldn’t get into the house for 2-4 hours during the clean. They were clearly unhappy with the amount of the dinner for 13 people, but we also lost 1/2 day at the house that we paid for and didn’t get in until 10:00 PM. The beds and couch were so comfortable! The towels were damp, and we had to wash all the dishes before using because everything was dirty. The baking sheets were old and burnt anything cooked on them. The house had an air fryer which was nice. The gate was broken on the back porch, the hooks holding the hammocks were rusted, and several floor tiles were cracked throughout the house. There were several places outside to rinse off sand. The washer/dryer unit was loud when washing clothes as the washer went into the spin cycle. It banged around like it was unbalanced, but you couldn’t open it to move the clothes around so it just made a lot of noise. Overall, the house was just okay. It didn’t meet expectations. We won’t stay at this house again.

This Home does need updates done. The deck has many screws, sticking up and nails and wear shoes because you will get splinters. The faucet in the bathroom and the drain does not work properly. The trash pick up was terrible. We had no trash pick up from the day we arrived to the day we left all cans by road were full and overflowing as for the appliances in the house, that was very well done they had everything you could possibly need or use. The location is great and the beach was nice but the parking sucked. There was no room to park near the house so be prepared to walk and once other people park at the other houses, then you’re kind of blocked in and stuck. The plywood walkway to the house was rotten and slippery when it rains. The hot water outside is a plus you could clean off before you come into the house. I would say the house is worth it for the money and any complaints we had they did answer the phone and they did come out and check it just needs to be updated. That’s all a little maintenance would go a long way.
