The amount of paperwork/emails was a bit over whelming for check in etc. probably the most I have ever had at any stay. The location was great and very clean. We would stay there again.
The room fit our family well. The beach was perfection and smoke free as we hoped it would be. Great restaurants in walking distance. Diane was very kind and helpful.
Overall a pleasant stay. Outside marquis light flashes into the master bedroom so juts hung towel over blinds. There was food remnants in the sink from previous guests. Otherwise a comfortable stay and we would return.
Great location, easy check in process with off hours accomodations. Great views. Gave 4 stars because condo was not clean. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, pots were greasy. Kitchen needs to be better stocked with dishes and utensils.
My husband and I checked into this property for four nights. The stucco roof on the patio was poorly maintained and FELL on my head in huge chunks with pieces falling into the pool below. To be clear: this stucco is not paint: it is made of cement and sand. If I was elderly or a toddler, the outcome could have been much worse. Even though the property was poorly maintained and I was hurt due to their negligence, they refused to get back to me or refund my stay. They only gave me money back for the one night the ceiling fell on me. Stay away from South Beach Condo resort in St. Pete. The management is indifferent and units are poorly maintained. They won’t take responsibility for renting an unsafe unit. Who knows what else they are overlooking or what will collapse next.
