Détendez-vous et détendez-vous dans les jardins paisibles et méticuleusement entretenus du Lands End Resort de Treasure Island. Avec une plage ouverte directe et une vue sur le golfe depuis le balcon privé, vous ne pouvez pas vous empêcher de trouver la sérénité avec votre café du matin ou votre verre de vin au coucher du soleil. La plage et la piscine sont à quelques pas de l'appartement, et vous êtes loin de la foule, donc vous pouvez toujours trouver beaucoup d'espace pour vous étendre.

Le condo a été complètement mis à jour et réaménagé avec de nouveaux planchers en bois et carreaux de céramique, revêtements de fen��tres, boiseries et peinture, nouveaux meubles et électronique améliorée. La chambre principale face à la plage, avec salle de bain privée, est meublée avec un lit King size confortable et mène au balcon. La deuxième chambre est meublée avec deux lits jumeaux et est situ��e à l'avant du condo, offrant ainsi un espace d'intimité pour les enfants et les autres invités.

La cuisine complète est enti��rement équipée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour préparer du café en un repas complet à cinq plats. Toutes les serviettes de plage et de bain sont fournies, ainsi que des draps complets et même quelques chaises de plage.

Le condo est installé avec laveuse et sécheuse, service Internet WiFi haut débit gratuit, service téléphonique longue distance gratuit vers les États-Unis et le Canada, et est situé à proximité des restaurants, des boutiques et des activités de toutes sortes.

Another great stay!

We loved our stay again this year. This is our second time staying at Treasure Island in this unit and it didn’t disappoint. The unit is very clean and beautifully updated. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching sunsets in the evenings. We eat in on vacation due to food allergies and the unit is well equipped to do this. Guest services was super easy to contact and very responsive. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us and still making it affordable for families to take a vacation! We will be back :-)

Beautiful

Second time we’ve stayed here! We love it! No complaints at all. Beautifully decorated and an equally beautiful view! Well equipped condo. Even had a little cooler, beach chairs and beach umbrellas.

Awesome place!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Location and grounds were excellent. It was our first time at Treasure Island/Sunset Beach and we really enjoyed ourselves. Local restaurants were also great and please to see you could enjoy a long walk kn the beach. We will definitely come back!

Great place/view as described

Our family had a great stay at this condo. Everything was as described. The beach chairs and beach toys for the kids saved lots of room in car. Beach was a 2 minute walk to get too! Pool was great as well. Close proximity to good restaurants and market. Would recommend to others wanting to visit the area!

The best!!

We will definitely be returning. This place is amazing. The location and facility itself is everything. The condo was beautiful and clean. We will be booking here every year! We were so impressed. We have been coming to the are for years and could never find a place we wanted to come back to and we found it. This is definitely our go to place now. If I had to make some suggestions it would be better pillows because they were very flat and cheap and maybe some rugs by the balcony doors to catch sand. But we had zero issues. The staff was nice and area so calm. Best vacation ever!

End of Treasure Island

Condo was beautiful & had everything we needed. It is located at the end of the peninsula, being quieter than closer-in town. Beaches are awesome, lots of shells & not many people there. Maybe it was due to weather in 60’s? Still a nice walk every day.

Great for family's and safe.

Property was perfect for family with young children. Quick to beach or pool, then back for a nap. Easy to get to amenities for food and carryout. Safe location and people keep distance during Covid, but are friendly. Enjoyed our stay. We will be staying in same complex again and probably same unit.

Fantastic Week

My husband and I along with my sister-in-law and her boyfriend had such a nice and relaxing stay at Lands End. What a beautiful place to stay with stunning sunsets. We enjoyed a lot of the local restaurants and most of all the beach. The access to the beach and use of the Land's End pool was wonderful. We definitely want to return and recommend this place highly!! Thank you, Jan

Perfect condo at Lands End!

My husband and I have stayed at Lands End several times. We love the privacy and the layout of the property. This was our first stay in condo 805. It was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. We plan to try to reserve this condo again on our next visit. We had no issues during the week and everything went perfectly with our stay. The only negative was that we had to come home! Looking forward to our next visit.

Another Great Visit!

This was my second time staying in this condo and it was still just as great! My only complaint is that the bedding in the master was too small so I fought with the sheets all week. Other than that this condo is amazing! It has anything and everything you could need at the beach! The water pressure is great in both bathrooms. The views from the room are incredible! Already looking forward to the next trip!

2nd Time Staying_Still Excellent

Stayed in this same property last year around the same time of year. Still excellent and great location. Pool and Beach are awesome and close to many attractions with a short drive. Property is up to date and kept well. I would suggest (2) things - more spoons, notification on check-in when the unit is ready. Not major things and won't deter us in the future from using this same property.

Wow!

The apartment is situated in a very quiet part of Treasure Island in gated community with a clubhouse and a pool. There is a covered assigned parking spot and an elevator. The apartment is very spacious and very sunny with a big balcony and an amazing ocean view. The beach wasn’t crowded and just steps away. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook meals. The new washer and drier worked perfectly. We will be back!

Beautiful place

The condo was beautiful and VERY clean. Being on the second floor was very convenient to use the stairs rather than the elevator every time; but it was nice to have the elevator for loading/unloading. The complex is very quiet and private and we really enjoyed that aspect. We were looking for a quiet beach with space and this was the perfect place! The pool was very nice as well but we spent most of our time on the beach. Parking was ideal, right under the building and kept your car cool for when you did go out. Having a Publix close by was an added bonus since we bought groceries and ate in most nights. The checkout process was super easy and better than any other booking service we have used in the past. We appreciated we didn’t have to strip beds and start laundry, etc. We will definitely be back!

Nice condo

I had a nice stay. When I got there, I checked everything out. I had a problem with the cleanliness of the condo. I checked the coffee maker to find it still had coffee grounds in it. It would have been nice to have a single coffee maker or Keurig, since I was a single woman staying there. So I didn’t drink coffee. Found some eating utilities not cleaned in the drawer. The showers had calcium built up pretty bad on the shower head & hose. The master shower had a draining issue. Two days before leaving, the living room curtain would not open all the way. Guessing it somehow it got off track. I reported the curtain & drain issues. The counters seemed only partially cleaned. I seen a wide area of dust on the counter towards the back, close to the wall. If you walked bare footed your feet would be dirty black. My 1yr old niece was crawling around and I picked her up to see she had black dirt on her knees. So it was not moped or not good enough. I had issues with the bedroom tv satellite not working but was able to watch Netflix and Disney. I had to move my car to the open parking lot for a day for them to do roofing repair, along with everyone else in the condo. I could not find any beach towels, so I had to buy one. Besides the cleanliness and those few issues, it was a nicely decor condo.

Beautiful condo & location

This condo is beautiful! The view is beautiful! It is well stocked! The beach it is located on is beautiful! I wanted to give this condo 5 stars but couldn't because of our ordeal when we arrived. After an 18 hour road trip and groceries in tow, we arrived at 3:50pm (10 prior to our check in time) to find the condo had not been cleaned after the previous renters left. I immediately contacted the property managers iTrip. They told me housekeeping was running behind and I explained that we had perishable items. When they finally arrived they did clean the refrigerator first so we could get our groceries put away. We were finally able to enter the condo at 5:30pm after sitting outside the condo for 1-1/2 hours waiting. Upon entering, the job "Maid2Clean LLC" did was mediocre at best. They left a bucket of dirty water and sponges in the bathroom, coffee grounds and a dirty coffee pot in the coffee maker, dirty dishes in the dishwasher from the previous renter and dirty bathroom rugs. I'm no sure if the floors were mopped because we had to wear shoes otherwise our bare feet and socks turned black. I hope the management company seeks out a new cleaning service.

Great Location

We've been renting vacation homes for years and have stayed in many different areas of the country. We really enjoyed Lands End & this condo. The view and location were perfect. We appreciated the updated decor and cleanliness as well. We would definitely rent here again but there was an incident that needs to be addressed. On the 3rd day of our stay the doorbell rang and someone knocked aggressively at the door. We were not expecting anyone and had not been notified that someone was coming to the property. My husband and I were hesitant to open the door and as we were walking toward the door to open it we heard someone unlocking the key code and then barged in. VERY unprofessional and scary to say the least. It specifically states in the contract that no one will enter the premises unless there is 24 hours notice from the owner. We have never experienced anything like this in the many homes we've rented.. We've always been happy with Homeaway rentals but for some reason the company representing this rental is Itrip which we've never dealt with before. The reason for this man entering our home was to give us a parking pass which we already had. There was NO need for him to let himself in at ALL. It wasn't an emergency and he could've have very easily contacted us first or left the parking pass with a note between the two doors. Luckily my husband and I weren't indisposed but this experience left us very uneasy for the rest of the trip wondering if someone else would just let themselves in unannounced. When he let himself in we were very taken aback and when we expressed that he said, "Well I rang the bell and knocked". So this gives him the right to walk in on us? In closing, we really liked this condo and would consider renting it again but because of this experience we do have privacy & safety concerns. We would give it a 5 star if this hadn't happened.
