Quelle vue sensationnelle sur le golfe du Mexique depuis cette unité du 5ème étage au Sunset Vistas Beachfront Suites. C'est l'un des complexes les plus récents qui possède toutes les commodités d'un hôtel et pourtant un spacieux condo. Ce condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bains est situé dans l'un des complexes les plus appréciés de Treasure Island. Le condo / hôtel propose des comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux appareils électroménagers, un lit king-size dans le maître, un lit queen-size dans la deuxième chambre et un canapé-lit. Obtention du certificat d'excellence Trip Advisor.

Fraîchement décoré avec des meubles de style de vie côtier. Le balcon se prolonge devant le salon et la chambre principale donnant sur le golfe avec accès des deux. La vue est spectaculaire! We spent 4 nights before our cruise, the positive s:- location to a great beach!- pool was great, with friendly bar service !- the small restaurant, right on the premises, was convenient , with a good breakfast!- walking distance to all the bars, restaurants and live music you will ever need!The condo was clean, comfortable beds ! All in all , we would definitely use again !

The overall stay was very nice. We had two rooms that were great for what we needed. It appeared that there was recent maintenance and upgrades performed on the unit. Unfortunately the age of the unit showed and the quality of the maintenance wasn't great. Having direct access to the beach and the condo having the beach side bar made it a great stay.

I am haopy that our condo worked for you and that you enjoyed the Tiki Bar. I did go over immediately and had the lose shower handles repaired. We recently had the tub resurfaced and unfortunately it did not come out as we had hoped so we are on the list for repair. As an owner I really appreciate the input as we can not always be there and Im happy that I could the items taken care of because you let us know. Thank you again! Property was nice. Loved location. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Woulda liked a Keriug machine & somewhere to hang towels in the bathrooms. Pool area and tiki bar were great! Drinks and food were very good. We would definitely come back. Thank you.

Great family vacation!

Really great place to stay! We loved the cafe, it was very convenient for breakfast. The kiddie pool was awesome for my 1 year old, and the room was nice and clean. Highly recommended for families!

Snowbird Hideaway

While Sunset Vistas and the city of Treasure Island are still working to recover from hurricanes Helene and Milton, the resort is nearly fully back. Kathy's condo was clean and comfortable and has a beautiful view of the gulf. We would definitely stay here again.

Good stay overall.

The condo was exactly as described in the listing but when we arrived it was much more like a two bedroom hotel room than a luxury condo at the beach. When I booked this and until we arrived I didn’t know that Treasure Island is the “party zone” of St. Pete beaches. If that’s what you are looking for, this is the right area. I’m not giving a poor review, but I am saying the location just wasn’t right for us.

We do have 150 units in the complex and because we are all 2 bedroom/2 bath it does cater to families and couples travelling together and can be active. St. Pete Beach and Clearwater tend to attract a much younger "20 something" crowd and a different vibe than Treasure Island Beach. Thank you again for your review. Great Location - Great Host

Kathy is an excellent host—responsive, helpful, and everything you could ask for. The location itself is fantastic, with a charming small-town feel that’s hard to beat. While I can’t give a direct review of the specific unit we originally booked, I believe Kathy’s unit is better maintained, more recently updated, and offers better views than the ones we ended up staying in. In all honesty, Kathy stands out far above the hotel and its staff. If I were rating the hotel alone, the score would be lower. I love this area and the beach, but I likely wouldn’t return to this particular hotel again.

We had a great visit. The staff was very welcoming. Very clean, great location, tiki bar was nice, the cafe food was great. The kids loved the pool and splash pad.

Glad you liked our condo and property. We also enjoy the convenience of the cafe and Tiki bar. There are sometimes days that we don't leave the property because everything is right there. Thank you again for choosing our condo for your stay.

My husband and I are native to Buffalo New York. The cold winters in Buffalo are what brought us to vacation throughout Florida when our children were younger. We liked the laid back family atmosphere of the Treasure Island area and specifically Sunset Vistas. My husband also enjoys fishing and it is world class in this area. Being able to navigate the beaches with ease was a plus for us. There are times we only use our car for groceries.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Being small business owners it is difficult to get away for long periods of time and being in the Sunset Vistas rental program was a plus for us. Customer service is very important to us as vacationers and we wanted the same great service for our guests. No punching in a code to get into the condo or having to call an answering service if you need assistance. That's what are staff are for. We love the feeling of being at a hotel with all the amenities, yet, inside you have all of the conveniences of home. For us, it is the best of both worlds. The hotel atmosphere with the convenience and space of a condo and the ability to have breakfast and lunch "in" was an added plus. We have found this a big time and cost savings.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Having access to the staff at the property is what we like the best. It gives you a sense of security knowing that as a vacationer, your personal contact with me is not over once the reservation is made. Our staff are there for you 24/7. They are a great group of people that will do everything they can to make your stay more pleasurable. Our location is within 20 minutes to downtown St. Pete, 20 minutes to Clearwater, 30 minutes to Tampa International Airport, 10 minute walk to Johns Pass, a 1 hour boat trip to the best deep sea fishing anyone could ask for and of course a 2 minute walk to the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico!!
