Discover a fully renovated (October 2024) 360 sqm / 3875 sqft house in the heart of Green Point, offering an urban retreat with the perfect blend of work and leisure. This spacious home boasts state-of-the-art security in a very safe neighborhood, with no incidents recorded. Equipped with solar power and a battery system, the house ensures uninterrupted power (no loadshedding!) and 100+ MBit up/down fibre internet, making it ideal for digital nomads or families.
The space
Located within walking distance of Cape Town's best attractions, including the V&A Waterfront, Green Point Park, gyms, cafés, supermarkets, and more, this property offers unmatched convenience and comfort. Book now to enjoy a luxurious stay in a prime location!

- Safety First: Top-tier security includes CCTV, electric fences, alarms and 24/7 response from a professional security company.
- Work Setup: Perfect for remote work with two standing desks, a large beanbag, international power plugs and high-speed fibre internet.
- Energy Efficient: No loadshedding, thanks to a solar and battery power system.
- Ample Dining & Entertainment Areas: Indoor and outdoor dining spaces, two Braai's (grills), two spacious living rooms with cozy couches, and 3 modern bathrooms.
- Family-Ready: Cot, high chair, kids' dishes and a pool cover for safety.
- Parking: Secure tandem parking for two cars within the property.
Guest access
You'll have exclusive access to the entire house, which includes a private pool and garden. The upper level features two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a scullery, a comfortable living room with a smart TV, and a dining area that comfortably accommodates eight people. There's even a balcony â your spot for breakfasts, teas, and intimate family dinners.
On the lower level, you'll discover two more bedrooms, two additional bathrooms, a dedicated work desk, and a second living area, which we often use for entertaining game or movie nights. This level also provides direct access to the garden, which boasts a small outdoor kitchen and a heated pool. For added safety, the pool comes with a cover that can be utilised when small children are present.
There are parking spots on the property for two cars parking behind each other (tandem parking).
Other things to note
For stays longer than a week, a courtesy weekly or mid-stay clean is offered. We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required.
Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.
