Thank you so much for the feedback! We're glad the layout gave your family the space and separation you needed, and that you enjoyed the equipped kitchen and peaceful backyard. We appreciate you bringing the primary bedroom’s AC performance to our attention. Battling 100°F August heat is no small task, but we are having our technician inspect that unit immediately to ensure consistent cooling throughout the entire home. We'd love to welcome your family back again anytime!

Thank you so much for your thorough review and feedback! We’re thrilled to hear you loved the open kitchen, spacious layout, easy drive to Universal, and quick communication from our team. We appreciate you bringing the pool's cosmetic condition and lighting to our attention—we’re actively taking steps to address the pool surface staining and look into nighttime illumination. We're glad the pool heating made for a lovely swim once turned on, and we’d be delighted to host you again on your next trip!

Thank you for the 5-star review. Thrilled to hear your family of four enjoyed your 6-night stay! We're so glad you found the house immaculately clean, the street safe and close to Universal, with Griffith Observatory not too far. Great to know the room sizes and dressing room were ideal, and that the large appliances were a plus. The kids loving the heated pool and the open-plan living kitchen being a "fab space" is fantastic feedback. Thanks for the high recommendation! We'd love to host you again.

This is an important piece of feedback, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Please know that this is the first report of a leak at this property. Any report of any leak needs to be reported to management and we immediately send maintenance to fix it. We highly encourage all our guests to reach out to us immediately during their stay when issues like this arise so we can address them promptly and ensure you are comfortable. The same goes for the presence of ants. We would have happily sent pest control right away if we had known. We have already sent our maintenance team to address the leak and secure the stove knobs, and we also scheduled professional service to actively treat the property for ants. We are always working to improve and elevate the guest experience.
