We had a wonderful stay in the Hollywood Hills! The home was perfect for our family — beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, which made meals easy and enjoyable. Our host was welcoming, gave clear instructions, and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. We truly felt at home and would happily stay here again.

We had an amazing time at the “house up on the hills.” The property was in great condition and easily housed a family of 5. The hosts were very attentive with communications leading up to the trip and extremely helpful during our arrival. I would highly recommend renting the property and would certainly stay again the next time we’re in LA.

3-Night Trip to LA

We stayed at "The House Up in the Hills" for three nights for a short vacation to Los Angeles. The house was great, location was great, and Kelly (the owner) was great. We hope to be back someday!

The quality of mattresses, towels, shower heads, and kitchen appliances were great. The views are breath-taking. There are many outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy. The kitchen has everything you’d need like spices, tea and sauces. AC and WiFi worked great too.What we were most impressed with was the tasteful decoration of this house. We would be back in a heart beat.Kelly was also wonderful and accommodating. Thank you!

Perfect location, great vibe!

Loved staying at Kelly’s house! It was the PERFECT place for a rejuvenating girls weekend seeing shows at the Hollywood Bowl. We hiked Runyon Canyon, ate at Yamashiro’s and easily walked to shows at the Bowl. The space was spacious, hot tub was great, and kitchen is very well equipped. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

Incredible views of the city. Bedrooms are nice. The hot tub is a huge plus. The owners are very polite, friendly, and helpful. Location is great, as it’s only a few minutes to get down to Hollywood Boulevard. We will definitely be returning.

Hosts were delightful and very kind. One of the neighbors is a bit much on noise control but overall a great stay, great accommodations, conditions of the housing is great shape.

Best location Best house for 2-10

Very exceptional upscale pad when in Hollywood. Large separate rooms up in hills looking over LA. Easy walking to so much. Roof top deck and jacuzzi Hot Tub. You Deserve THIS!!

Great home in great spot

Very nice property and excellent hosts. House was well equipped and very clean. The location was better than we even expected. Came to LA for general visit and show at the Hollywood Bowl. Turned out we could walk to show! Super convenient and relaxing. Would definatey rent again.

Perfect stay in the Hollywood Hills

This is our second time staying at this amazing property up in the Hollywood hills. From start to finish, the experience was perfect. Walking distance to the Hollywood Bowl. Beautifully decorated, equipped with all the essentials, and fantastic views of the city. The owner is amazing to work with and very responsive. Looking forward to staying again next time we're in town.

Perfect spot in the Hollywood Hills

This was the final leg of our California stay and I think we saved the best house until last. The house was spotless, fabulously equipped with the loveliest of owners. The beds were comfy and the showers were hot! There was nothing lacking at all. A huge bonus was an easy 15 mins walk to the Hollywood Bowl which made for a lovely concert with no transport logistics. Can recommend 1000%

Great stay in Hollywood Hills!

The house is beautiful and centrally located. We were able to walk to Hollywood Blvd ( though there is an incredibly steep hill to climb on the way back). The coffee machine is fabulous and easy to use. Our kids said this was the most “bougie” house we’ve ever stayed in. This mama was more about being safe, and we all felt very safe and comfortable.

Rose Bowl & The Parade

"Wow! This house is incredible!"This house truly exceeded our expectations. Every room is spacious and boasts its own private bathroom, which was a huge plus for our group. The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space.But the real highlight was the amazing deck. The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring Los Angeles. The location was unbeatable – we were within easy reach of all the major attractions and felt perfectly situated to get around the city.We highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Los Angeles. It's perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone who appreciates comfort and luxury.

Very cool!

Loved the house and had an awesome time. Wish though that I knew it went vertically, as It had too many stairs from floor to floor. my husband could barely make it to the room since , and he can’t walk much. Otherwise, incredible bathrooms, kitchen and views from the rooms.

Exceeds expectation!

I can't say enough about how amazing this was. The owners were both exceptional. Even with our delayed, very late arrival, they were there to greet us upon arrival and give us a quick tour of the home and answer any questions we had. The home was perfect for our family of 6. Each bedroom was beautifully furnished and everyone had a bathroom to themselves each equipped with hair dryers, shampoo, soap, plenty of towels and even a few necessities in case you forgot something. The views were stunning from every room and the rooftop was a wonderful spot to sip a cup of coffee in the morning and relax in the evening. Not to mention the great deck area where we were able to have family in town over for a BBQ and also enjoy a soak in the hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed including a variety of spices. I highly recommend staying here. Location was perfect for seeing Hollywood and surrounding area attractions. The home was quiet and relaxing and the owners are wonderful. I will definitely stay here again if I'm needing a place to stay in the area.
