This brand new comfortable and modern three bedroom townhouse located just a short stroll into the centre of bustling Bright is everything you need for your next family getaway. Positioned on an elevated block you have the advantage of sitting in the lounge, out on the deck or in the master bedroom to take in the beautiful views. All the living and bedrooms are located upstairs.
This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group).
BEDDING CONFIGURATION (Sleeps a maximum of 6 people) Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with ensuite Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - Queen bed All bed linen and towels provided.
KITCHEN & DINING A modern kitchen with electric cooking, a large island bench and walk in pantry, and everything you will need for prepping a summer BBQ, serving up the delicious local takeaway or staying inside to enjoy a home cooked meal. Dining is located next to the kitchen and fits 6 people comfortably, there is also an option to dine outside on the undercover front verandah in the warmer months.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT The open plan living/kitchen/dining is modern and relaxed and looks out over the Bright township. Comfortable and stylish chaise lounge encourages lazy afternoons and evening after being out and active all day, especially in the winter with the gas wood fire place to gaze at. A huge smart TV on the wall with a bluetooth speaker will have your music and movie options sorted.
This property does NOT currently have WIFI.
HEATING & COOLING A ducted heating and cooling system is installed at Dolina and keeps all areas in this townhouse cool in Summer and warm in Winter. A gas wood fire place is located in the loungeroom
BATHROOMS The main bathroom has a shower, separate bath and vanity and the toilet is separate. The main bedroom has an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity.
OUTDOORS Outside is a gas BBQ located at the rear of the property, and 6 seater dining table and chairs out the front on the large verandah to take in the views. * Please not this property has not had it's landscaping finished at the front or the rear of the property.
PET POLICY "Dolina" is NOT a pet friendly property.
LAUNDRY The laundry is located at the back of the home with a front load washing machine and dryer. The clothesline is located in the back area.
PARKING The garage is suitable for two cars with ample storage for your bikes. Additional vehicles are not to be parked on the common property and must be parked in the street.

This brand new rental was amazing. The home was very cosy and had everything you could need. The beds were super comfortable and the home was tastefully decorated. It had wonderful heating and comfortable furnishings throughout. Cant wait to stay again.

Loved this property but the mailboxes numbers are incorrect and confusing we drove to the back unit and were trying to get in lucky no one was home. Otherwise perfect property. Having one or two rooms with two single beds rather than a double would suit us better.

Great house in a good location

A brand new house with everything we need in the kitchen. It’s just a few mins walk from town center and in a quiet neighbourhood. I particularly like to have breakfast in the front balcony that has a good view of the mountain range. The double garage with internal access is very helpful. This property is really perfect with only one defect, its driveway is very steep and our sedan car scratched its bottom every time we go in and out. So I decided to park my on the street instead of using the garage.

Awesome views and comfy stay
This was a great place to stay. Very modern, it actually felt like we might have been the first people to stay there. A well equipped kitchen for preparing meals and plenty of comfortable space to sit about and relax when in the house for five adults. Great views from the deck and living spaces and an easy stroll to the heart of town. The only thing to be aware of is that the house's actual location does not match what is represented in google maps. Our party travelled separately in two cars, arriving at different times, and each had the same experience with Google maps directing us to a non-existent location further up the hill. This is not the fault of the listing, I just mention it as something to be aware of, especially when arriving in the dark when it is harder to see the street numbers on the houses and letter boxes. It was pretty obvious in daylight.
