Une maison de vacances familiale parfaite, avec grand salon, salon et cuisine. Les magnifiques jardins et les divertissements en plein air sont l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et se relaxer. Si vous vous aventurez, vous ne serez qu'à quelques pas de la rivière, des magasins et des restaurants.

Cette propriété est gérée pour le compte du propriétaire par Bright Holidays (qui fait partie du groupe Dickens Real Estate).

Il y a une généreuse table à manger pour 10 personnes dans le coin cuisine et une table à manger pour 6 personnes dans le salon.

Le salon est spacieux avec des sièges en cuir pour 10 personnes, une télévision couleur et un lecteur vidéo / DVD. L'endroit idéal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis et passer du bon temps ensemble.

La maison était fantastique; tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin ou que vous voudriez en restant loin de chez vous, tout comme une maison loin de la maison Nous étions neuf au total et il y avait beaucoup de place pour nous tous. Je vais certainement utiliser Clarence House à nouveau et informer ma famille et mes amis.

Nice clean and tidy older home

You will feel like you are staying in Nanas house. Its a very clean tidy and comfortable property Really it is due for an update No Wifi and No Smart TV the Phone service is poor with slow data, its no longer 1985 Very dark inside, due to paint colours, drapes and external gardens

It was spacious and clean. Perfect for small group or family stay. The only thing can be improved is bedding. There was no bedsheets n pillow cover. And Donna cover was not so clean, other than that everything was very good n we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

House suited our needs well. Only negative was a lack of internet connection. This really should be rectified. Otherwise really good. Great location.

The house is large, plenty of room. quiet spot and an easy walk to town. Everything you will need is in the kitchen, it's great. Air con worked well The house is generally clean, it could do with a proper going over. Doors on the outside were dirty, very dusty walls. walls. . Shower was pretty weak. TV is around 20! years old a few things would make it better

Huge living spaces, dining spaces and a kitchen that is incredibly well equipped. Everything was super clean and comfortable. There was a huge range of DVDs for kids and adults which was perfect as there’s no wifi. It didn’t matter at all, the kids thought choosing DVDs was a huge novelty. The house was an easy walk to the waterpark and town centre. All pretty flat so it was easy to load the kids into the beach cart and get there and back.I can’t fault this house for a family getaway!

Something rotten?

There was a VERY unpleasant smell in the entry area, the main living area and the kitchen area. It was almost mouldy or musty or perhaps something had died in the roof and was decaying. There were lots of flies in the living area despite us keeping the doors closed or only opening windows with fly screens. The bedrooms were OK and did not have the same smell. Our group has stayed here for the last 3 years. This is the first time there has been such a problem, but it needs to be fixed asap.

Great Property and Property Manager

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights at this property. We are two families and the 4 bedrooms were perfect for the 8 of us Property (although not the newest) was SUPER clean, beds were very comfy and linen and towels were hotel standard. Lots of kitchen cookware, crockery and utensils. It's like a house for entertaining friends with the two dining tables and ample sitting in the living room plus outdodor area. Though there was no wi-fi for watching Netflix in the evening, there were plenty of DVDs available. We were so glad we found this property that worked so well for our stay in Bright. The location in a court makes it very safe for our kids. They love going to the river too (even in the rain and cold) which is just a short walk away. Property manager was very friendly and helpful and responsive when we called about the stove not working. Sent someone straightaway early in the morning. Amazing! We will book this property again on our next trip to Bright and would highly recommend this property to anyone requiring 4 bedrooms and like a very functional kitchen to use while on your holidays.

Well equipped kitchen, plenty of cleaning products eg dishwasher tablets , washing machine liquid. Draw full of cling wrap and foil. Large living area. There were 8 adults staying. We had plenty of room. Great storage for bikes and golf clubs. A few things didnt work but have let the agency know and im sure they will be rectified. Close to main street. Would totally recommend this property.
