Designed to showcase flawless craftsmanship throughout, every inch of this impeccable home exudes alpine charm and allows the breathtaking property to shine.
Soaring pitched ceilings and exposed beams are on show in the open-plan and light-filled living zone..
There are three large bedrooms all with built in robes and two bathrooms with the decadent and oversized master boasting a luxe ensuite. Outside is the studio bedroom located next to the pool, with a large bedroom space and ensuite, is ready to accommodate the ones who would prefer their own space.
Outside, the long list of features continues with a picture-perfect entertaining zone where you can relish endless hours of fun with loved ones. There are expanses of decking, a sparkling in-ground pool and glorious views to Mt Buffalo that provide the ideal backdrop to your getaway. *Please note this property is not fenced therefore not suitable for unsupervised children.
This holiday home sits beautifully on its fabulous half-acre allotment, in this sought after pocket of Bright, with the walking/riding path directly opposite and the Ovens River only a short stroll away.

From here, you can overlook the lounge and dining area with air-conditioning for summer, slow combustion for the cooler months, statement lighting and direct access to the outdoors.
LOUNGEROOM & ENTERTAINMENT
This space provides seating for everyone to settle in to. Smart TV in the loungeroom and WIFI is available.
HEATING & COOLING
This property provides exceptional heating and cooling options with a wood fire in the main living area, and split systems located in the central living space, all bedrooms and out in the studio bedroom. Please note firewood is not supplied but can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.
LAUNDRY
Consists of washer/dryer combo.
OUTDOORS
A gorgeous outdoor decking with a swimming pool (only in use between October & April) to enjoy the beautiful views that this property has to offer. BBQ and outdoor seating and table for entertaining when the weather is warm.
