Ces appartements réservés aux familles récemment rénovés et rénovés sont idéalement situés au cœur d'Ocean City, à seulement un pâté de maisons et demi de la plage et de la promenade et à quelques pas de la baie. Chaque unité est entièrement meublée et dispose de 2 chambres. Chaque appartement a un nouveau lit Queen dans une chambre, l'autre chambre a un nouveau lit superposé Twin plus un nouveau lit individuel. Chaque salon a un canapé-lit, une grande cuisine avec micro-ondes, cafetière, mixeur et tous les ustensiles de cuisine et de cuisine, et une salle de bain complète. Chaque unité dispose de la télévision par câble, de la nouvelle climatisation et d'une véranda ou d'un patio. Il y a des vues sur l'océan et la baie depuis les unités du deuxième étage. Il y a un grill sur place qui est gratuit pour nos clients. Shopping, restaurants, églises, parcs, promenade et la plupart des activités sont accessibles à pied. Toutes les unités ont été améliorées et mises à jour en 2014. Les draps ne sont pas fournis, veuillez donc apporter draps / taies d'oreiller et serviettes.

Thank you Pam, it was great hosting you and your family! Unfortunately the Comcast lagging issue was neighborhood-wide for several days, and they finally came out to fix it wherein it's running much better now. The carpets are fairly new (downstairs changed in 2021), and since we only rent in the summer it's around 9-10 months of total use to date. All units have STAINMASTER® Pet Protect carpet, which gets steam cleaned before and after ever season. The extra padding is great to cut down on noise between the units, especially important when families have younger children. As for a second TV, it's been discussed, so that's something on the list of future upgrades. This year was the new Mini-split Air Conditioning and in the fall the bathroom updates. Great weekend getaway

Beautiful apartment. Well decorated. Plenty of room for the six of us. I honestly have zero complaints about this place or our stay there. Jonathan was a great host, always available when I had questions. Comfy beds, great water pressure in the shower. This apartment was spotless when we entered. ACs worked great because it was hot outside. Plenty of room at the dinner table for all 6 of us. We really loved our stay here. We will definitely want to book this place again and again when we're all coming down. I can't say enough good things about Jonathan and his place. Just awesome! Right in the mix of things in town too. Tons of places to easily walk to, from 11th Street.

Perfect family vacation!

This rental was a wonderful family vacation. The property was perfect - you are a block from the Boardwalk. The unit really looked like the pictures posted online, and was clean. The air conditioning was nice and cold! I also like it bc it's pet free since my kids are highly allergic. We will rent this place again! Thanks Jonathan!

Thank you for the feedback Wesley, and it was great to have you and your family stay in Ocean City! It's true that I'm not much of an interior designer, so I've often been told that not everything matches and I'm mixing styles of furniture and art. My goal was to make sure everything was more functional than stylish, and while those in the design business may call it scary, I pride myself on making sure it was functional, safe, and very clean. Admittingly in steam cleaning the carpets on June 24th I caused a few of the carpet patch seems to pull back due to heating the glue and those will need minor repair, however minus that one minor challenge, the pictures truly show what is in the unit. I hope you will consider us for future travel as I continue to upgrade and improve the location every year! -Jonathan

The property is two quick blocks from the beach and boardwalk, directly across the street from a bus stop and with views of the bay from the front porches. Traveling as a group and renting all three of the available units was helpful, as some units are better equipped with dishes and cooking utensils than others. Staying in unit 1, we had an issue with the ongoing dampness of the main bedroom. Clothes and bed sheets would often feel damp, and there was a space where water had been spilled on the carpet from the dehumidifier, which took almost the entire week to dry. While the carpeting in the bedrooms and main living room may help reduce noise throughout the units, removing all carpeting and replacing with a nonporous hard surface would serve as a major upgrade to the units. Guest access to the washer/dryer is great, and having our group rent all three units ensured we weren't surprised by anyone or waiting for anyone to change items over. Only being able to use the washer OR dryer at a time increases the time spent laundering towels and other items, but the property is stocked with washing machine detergent and dryer sheets for guests to use. Our group spent the most time in the early evenings behind the building, cooking and sharing dinners. Hanging out on the porch enjoying Hoop Tea was how we spent our lazy beach nights. Jonathan was a gracious host, reaching out on one rainy day with suggestions for things to do. Great rental!

Clean and close to everything.

This is a very cute place that is close to the boardwalk and all activities at the beginning of the boardwalk. It was very clean. It is a small place, but perfect for small families. Jonathan was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay there again.

Good Time

I took my family to Ocean city for vacation and rented off Mr Burkley for a week. The house is located 2 blocks and easy access from the beach. The house has a warm comfort vibe to it very clean. There furniture on front porch to sit at. Also has picnic tables and adjustable charcol grill in back yard for cook outs. Mr Burkley very nice and courteous and helpful and pleasant to rent from. Very recomendable.

Great location for a family

This property and location was great for my family. It's a short walk to the beach and board walk. The only issue was parking, but once i found a spot. I didn't have to really drive any where. It also said their was a washer and dryer for us to share, when we got there they owner said due to covid we couldn't use it. But over all we had a great time.

Nice get away

This location is spot on. Super close to the beach, the bay, and the boardwalk. We enjoyed our “girls only” vacation. The only dislike I had was there wasn’t designated parking. Once you find a good spot don’t leave! Otherwise, this property was amazing! Look forward to booking again.

Short Getaway, Big Fun

We had a lovely stay at the Son of a Beach Properties. It is literally one street (and one alley) away from the beach and boardwalk. Rooms were quite, even with neighbors overhead and to the side, there was plenty of seating for meals together, and the beds were comfortable. One thing to note, you may want to bring your own blanket as the top covers a bit rough... But from 4 of us staying for 4 nights, that is the only less than thumbs up issue i could dredge up.
