Great Big Bear House!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay in this wonderful cabin. The location was perfect being walking distance to the Village and park with hiking trails and little hills for the kids to go sledding. The hot tub was HOT upon arrival which was fantastic and the house was clean & equipped with all necessary items for a great vacation. We will definitely stay here again!

The place was fine but very minimal. No hand soap in the bathrooms and had to search in the closet for dish soap. They had to come and service the jacuzzi before we could use it and the dishwasher was broken with dirty dishes in it. The host was nice and tried to be accommodating

By the village

Love the location it’s about 8 min walk to the village and less than 10 min drive to snow summit. Great communication with the property manager.

Very clean

Location was wonderful. House was clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. Bedrooms need improvement. One of the twin beds is very old and needs replacement. We had a wonderful time. Even my 94 year old father had a grea time sledding, bowling, sliding and even road the mountain coaster a couple of times!

Cabin was beautiful and large, with beautiful dining area . It was ina very quiet and nice neighborhood. The downside was that the cabin was not very clean,, there were spider webs all over the house and the bed linens smelled bad. No lights in the backyard, we were finding the way to jacuzzy with our phone lights after 5pm. Floor lamp in the living room was broken and couches were durty with the multiple stains on them.Check out was at 10qm when we asked for a late check out they asked to pay extra $60 for it. We travel to Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead a lot and never had an issue with the late check out requests.

No Early Arrival/Late Departure During Peak Seasons or Holidays.

There is No Street Parking Allowed in Big Bear- Make Every Attempt to Get Cars Off the Street for Snowplows. November thru April the law requires snow chains in your cars.

Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
