The Space:

Enjoy sweeping lake views from both levels of this beautifully renovated family home. A short, flat walk takes you to the beach, cafés, shops, park, and lake.



Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas flow seamlessly into a spacious deck featuring an 8-seater dining table and relaxed lounge seating. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including a Nespresso pod machine, induction cooktop, and oven.

• Separate media room with two workspaces

The swimming pool is heated, but the temperature controls cannot be changed; the extent of heating depends on the time of year and weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed, particularly through the Winter/cooler months of June to Sept.
