Emplacement fantastique avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan Pacifique jusqu'à Newcastle depuis Copacabana. Cette maison à trois niveaux a une vue magnifique de tous les niveaux, même de la piscine à débordement, vous avez une vue sur l'océan et l'horizon. Cette luxueuse maison privée est un délice pour les artistes et convient parfaitement aux familles nombreuses ou aux groupes. Elle comprend quatre chambres et un loft. Réparti sur trois niveaux et offrant toutes les commodités que vous attendez d’une maison de ce calibre. Au niveau supérieur, vous trouverez un grand salon et une salle à manger (10 places), une cuisine moderne et un bar d’animateurs pouvant accueillir quatre personnes, un réfrigérateur à vin, ainsi que des portes pliantes s’ouvrant sur un pont l autres places à l'extérieur de la table 10. Au-dessus de la cuisine se trouve une mezzanine avec un lit double.
Au deuxième niveau se trouve une salle de télévision avec vue, une chambre principale avec salle de bains, une deuxième chambre avec lit queen et deux autres chambres avec lits king simples, plus des lits superposés dans chacune.
Au niveau inférieur se trouve une buanderie et à l'extérieur se trouve une piscine de style complexe avec une table de ping-pong.

Beautiful House

A great house to accomodate a large group of people. The view and outdoor areas on every level are amazing! The kitchen is well equipped making it so easy for meals and entertainment. Beautiful pool with outdoor area great with another fridge and mini kitchenette downstairs. Bathrooms were excellent and enjoyed not having to pack our own shampoo, conditioner and soap! Recommend this place for sure!

Location great for a quiet getaway

The home is large, three storey. Plenty of spaces to relax. However there are many stairs, makes a good workout. The pool was great and around the pool area was nice.It was close to the beach, many Cafe's, a couple of restaurants and small stores where you could pick up necessities, bread, milk and so on. Frank was a great host and responded always in a timely manner.I do recommend this home.

Weekend Work Group

We arrived to find a beautiful welcome pack and a stunning property. Communication with our host Frank was clear and easy and check in was a breeze. Weather was not on our side for most of the weekend however our group was still able to enjoy the fantastic 3 level property with different living spaces able tp accommodate all 10 guests in luxury. We really enjoyed the stunning views and relaxed in the fully featured property. When we ventured out to the local beach and shops we found the locals to be very friendly. All up we had a fantastic weekend and would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic house with great facilities

We stayed here for 7 nights. The house is so well equipped and clean, it's better than staying in a 5 star resort. The house is spotless, the pool is sparkling and the view is mesmerising. Amazing house for groups!

Despite the bad weather we encountered, our group of 12 had an amazing stay at Frank's property. The house was super spacious and everyone was so pleased with how well-equipped the house was. It was a shame we didn't get to fully enjoy the pool but we have already made the decision to come back again asap!

From the get go, the owner was so extremely accommodating. He was an absolute breeze to communicate with and was very lenient. There were plenty of necessities available and the gift hamper that was there on arrival was an unexpected and thoughtful touch. There were a couple of things that didn’t hit the mark but nothing worth mentioning. Apart from the weather, this was an all around delight! Thank you for letting us experience your beautiful home. Absolutely fantastic!

The property is amazing, even better than the photos - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We spent five days here in November and made good use of the pool and the well-stocked kitchen. The views and the furnishings are beautiful. The owner was great at communicating and we appreciated the early check in and late check out. We would love to stay at this property again in the future!
