Fabulous 5 Bedroom luxury beach house with designer kitchen, Second kitchen, two living areas, two dining areas, 3 bathrooms and 3 decks. The house is just a very short walk 200metres to the surf beach, the kids' rock pool, Avoca's cafe society and the spectacular Avoca Surf Club. The house is also close to the 5 lands walk to Copacabana. Sleeps 12. 1 King bed, 4 queen beds and two bunk beds
In Christmas school holidays there is a 7 night minimum stay. Please note: There is no hot tub. This is strictly a NON SMOKING PROPERTY inside or outside the house.

Excellent getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Rooms were spacious, bathrooms luxurious, kitchen/laundry/garage well-equipped and location conveniently close to the beach and cafes. Highly recommended.

Beautiful stay

We loved staying at Heather’s beach house. The house has everything and is perfect for a little weekend away with multiple families with young kids! It’s also a 3 min walk to the beach!

Drift luxury beach house

We enjoyed ourselves in this lovely beach house. I highly recommend it. Very close to Avoca Beach and a lovely walking track to Copacabana Large and luxurious and very clean and tidy

Comfort and convenience

The house is beautifully set up for visitors. There are two levels, hence ample space, natural light and thoughtful interior design. Our family loved it, would definitely recommend. The beach, cafes etc is a short stroll away

Amazing house at the best location

We stayed here with a group of friends and 2 kids and had the best time. The house caters for everything. Loved the kitchen and outdoor sitting areas. Would highly recommend and might come back

Perfect central living area with space for all. Large and comfortable bedrooms, great kitchen, convenient to the beach and restaurants. It is hard to find fault (no pool, but hey, it’s only a couple of hundred metres to the beach

Wonderful house

Our family including 2 toddler grandsons had an amazing few days at Drift luxury beach house. The house was beyond our expectations with location, cleanliness, extras including toys books etc and so much space to be accomodate everyone. All this made for a very enjoyable family weekend away. Heather was an amazing host and her great communication was appreciated. We would love to return at a future time.

Great house and location!

We absolutely loved our stay at Drift. Heather was lovely to deal with and very helpful. The location of the house was a short 2 min walk to the beach and cafes. The house also had lots of games and toys for young children which was perfect for our 16month old daughter. We can’t wait to stay again!

Girls Weekend Away

Amazing house for a relaxing weekend away with friends. Fantastic outdoor space for a cocktail or two, stunning and fully equipped kitchen to prepare a feast to share around the large dining table and very generous bedrooms with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. Minutes to the beach and cafes. Loved our stay and hope to return the same time next year!

Beautiful magnificent home

The house is gorgeous. It is much more spacious than the photos depict online. Beds are very comfortable. It is a walking distance to the beach. Lovely host. 10 out of 10!

Avoca’s piece of serenity

A beautifully presented and appointed residence with thoughtful inclusions. We were a group of 5 single women who were able to enjoy their own bedroom and ample bathrooms. Great location with easy access to the beach. A very enjoyable location for a quick catch-up. We shall be back.

Beautiful spacious house close to the beach

Stayed here recently with extended family. Super spacious kitchen, dining and living area. Heather was very responsive and quickly resolved a few minor issues. House is well stocked with kitchen utensils, pantry items, books and toys etc. Quality linen provided. Easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Wedding duties

Awesome stay owner was very accommodating with an earlier check in and late check out. I had the entire family there and had lots of room. With 5 bedrooms 2 living 2 kitchens no one struggled to be comfortable and also it was great location. Thx heaps for letting us use your holiday house it was a great experience and worked in well with the wedding party

Girls Weekend Away

The house is gorgeous! Modern, clean, great size, huge comfortable living area, great sized well appointed kitchen and just minutes from the beach, cafe’s and restaurants! ** careful of your head when you walk up the main staircase as there’s a fabulous light fixture that hangs low partly over the stairs ** a sign on the switch near the front door exit button would be great, to ensure it’s in the correct position to lock the door when you leave the house **some of the details need to be updated in the information pack Apart from the few negatives, we would definitely book again!

Beautiful Avoca beach house

We just spent a long weekend at Drift with 3 families and absolutely loved our stay. The house is so modern, spacious, comfortable and well appointed and just a 2 minute walk to beautiful Avoca beach! It had everything we needed for a relaxed family holiday - a very well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, cool cabanas and a ping pong table. We loved having a few afternoon drinks on the balcony and hand-feeding the local (and very tame!) kookaburras! Our kind host also offered us a late check out which was much appreciated. An awesome time had by all, we’ll be back!
