Downstairs is a nicely appointed and furnished open plan living, dining and kitchen area offering lots of natural light. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 6 persons, living area opening out onto a patio area with outdoor setting all surrounded by tropical gardens and lawns.

Upstairs are three good size bedrooms sharing a family bathroom, all rooms ducted air conditioning.

The Noosa River offers plenty of activities such as swimming, fishing, sailing, shopping, side walk dining and coffee, all within walking distance and only 6 minutes by car to famous Hastings Street, Noosa's main surf patrolled beach or why not catch our local Ferry to enjoy the sights along the way to the Beach or to just relax and enjoy the serenity of the Noosa River during the day or spectacular views on the very popular Sunset Cruise before Dining out.

Linen & bath towels are supplied along with a complimentary starter kit of tea, coffee, toilet paper and detergents (to get you through your first night) Additional supplies may be purchased from local supermarket, located at Noosa Village in Mary Street, Noosaville which is an easy walk from the apartment.
