Gulf Island Beach and Tennis Club, located on the Gulf of Mexico, is a considered the gem of Pasco County! The 211 unit has been fully remodeled in 2023! Beautiful, fresh, and clean condo with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a waterfront private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, gorgeous sunsets, and watch the dolphins playing in the lagoon. This unit is equipped with everything you need for that perfect vacation, and Gulf Islands has a lovely small private beach-like area!
The condo association requires a signed rental agreement and guest registration form be sent to them before check in.
Gulf Island Beach and Tennis Club, tucked away with its private lagoon in Hudson, FL, where you can enjoy the property amentities including: using the heated oceanfront saltwater pool, walking the nature trails, and cooking in the BBQ grilling area. Enjoy nature on the calm Gulf waters by using the owner supplied inflatable SUP paddle board. Only a 20 minute drive to the famous Weeki Wachee State park, 30 min to Tarpon Springs, and roughly an hour to Dunedin and Clearwater Beach.
This unit has one dedicated parking space in the building #1 parking garage, labeled #71, located third in on the left, by the pillar.
Activities and attractions in and surrounding Hudson Florida: Roughly 1 hour drive to Clearwater Beach! Swimming, golfing, Gulfcoast beaches, theme parks (Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, are approximately 45 minutes drive), Disney World and Universal Studios (within an approximately 1.5 hour drive), the Seminole Hard Rock Casino, Buccaneer Bay, and much more! Boating, fishing, dolphin-watching, shelling, cruises, gambling boats, restaurants, shopping, and movie theaters. Tour Downtown New Port Richey. Tour the famous Greek Sponge Docks. See famous mermaid shows in Weeki Wachi, the Florida Aquarium, or visit the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightning, or Tampa Bay Rays. There is just so much that you can do!
You will be given the code to the lockbox prior to your arrival. We will be available by email or messaging. Our office is off site, and we do not hover over guests, however we have vendors in place should issues arise.
You will need a car.
The owner does not allow a guest the use of the mailbox. A P.O. Box will need to be purchased if you need to receive mail. There is a post office on the other side of US 19 where one can be purchased. Sorry, but as a guest, you cannot bring any of the following through the gate: Boats, boats or jet ski's on trailers, kayaks, or Moving vans.
IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only required and documented service animals that are trained to assist with a disability. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.
Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences, and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter.
