We had a wonderful stay at this property in Little Italy. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of some great restaurants and the waterfront. The home was clean and comfortable making it a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

I would not stay here again. The location was great but the street noise made it almost impossible to sleep. Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper.

This place was awesome!!The private roof top deck was gorgeous.Location was close to "little Italy" which has everything you need. We always felt safe even late at night.

Perfect location! Plenty to do in walking distance and easy access to hwy to go further. The cafe across the street has great coffee, enjoyed sitting on the rooftop while watching the world wake up. Great communication before check in. Definitely would recommend!

would not recommend this property.While the inside was generally as pictured, the conditions immediately outside the property were extremely disturbing. During our stay, we repeatedly experienced people outside yelling, screaming, and using profanity for long periods of time. We also witnessed public urination near the building, and the smell of urine around the property and sidewalk was awful.We did not feel comfortable or safe coming and going at night. This was not a one-time incident. It happened repeatedly.What is equally unacceptable is the response from the property management. In my opinion, a property manager renting this location to paying guests should know what is regularly happening immediately outside the building. These conditions were obvious and significantly affected our stay. Guests spending thousands of dollars deserve to know what they are walking into before they book.The issue is not whether the property manager can control what happens on a public street. The issue is whether guests are being given an honest and accurate picture of the environment surrounding the property.We contacted both the property representatives and Vrbo about our concerns and were extremely disappointed with the response and level of customer service we received.Had we known what the immediate surroundings were like, especially at night, we absolutely would not have rented this property.I am writing this review because I wish someone had clearly explained these con

Great location and nice place

Comfortable apartment in a great location a few blocks from the heart of Little Italy and the trolley (tram). The rooftop is amazing with lovely views and sun all day. The apartment was comfortable and as described. I would recommend it and would go back

Perfect stay!

I'll admit, I was worried this place would turn out to be a case of "too good to be true." But it absolutely was not, it was exactly as promised. This place is beautiful and was the absolutely perfect place to stay. The photos do not lie! It's really this beautiful. The rooftop deck is amazing. The place is huge and light and bright. It felt clean and safe. There is a lovely sandwich and gelato shop (and liquor store) right across the street. The main drag of Little Italy is such a short walk. The garage is tiny, she is itsy bitsy but it did fit my Honda CRV and it was a huge added benefit not having to search for street parking and knowing my car was safe. Also it should be noted that this is a three level property (four if you count the rooftop deck). The ground floor is a landing ... you'll go down a flight of stairs for the room with the three twin beds. Go up one floor (from the landing) for the main living space and then up another flight of stairs for the queen bedroom (and then up another flight for the rooftop deck). This was fine for me, my 4 year old and my very active 70+ mom. But it would be an issue for anyone with mobility issues or very small children. But I would 100% come back. In a heartbeat (my daughter keeps asking to go back!!). We had a great time here! Book this gem!!
