My family and I were very pleased with our stay! There was plenty of space for our group of 5, it was an excellent location and very convenient to everything we wanted to do in the surrounding area, and we felt very safe during our time there. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay was nice quaint and cute, fit everyone and was very comfortable. Felt safe and enjoyed our time check in/ out times seemed were a little awkward other than that great stay.

I'm happy to hear that everyone really enjoyed a comfortable stay in our home! Im sorry to hear that you felt the check-in/out times were awkward. My check-in/out times are pretty standard, with a 3pm check-in and 12 noon check-out. I honestly made an extra effort to make check-in/out easy and effortless, and whenever possible I offer an early check-in and extended check-out time as an extra courtesy as was with your stay. I usually find that all my guests generally appreciate this hospitable gesture. It would be helpful to have specific feedback, I would appreciate a direct follow up if possible. Thanks again for staying with us!

A well designed space and good parking.

We loved our short stay at this property. The home felt brand new with nice appliances, all the utensils and cookware you could need. We loved the fire pit outside and made use the board games provided. Highly recommend this property to anyone needing a place to stay with enough space!

The house was so bigger from the images online. The beds were comfortable and everything was so clean. The backyard fireplace was big and warm during the cool late nights. The kitchen was handy for some small cooking. Everything was perfect with this place. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting San Diego!

We all met up for a long weekend in San Diego, and this property housed us all perfectly, was a great gathering space and was literally between 10-15 minutes to anything we went to! Ruben had it all set up for us, even with fresh muffins in the kitchen! Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay and were very satisfied from check-in to check-out. The property owner was very welcoming by leaving us eateries and coffee before we arrived and extended our stay byba couples hours during the holidays. The location was very convenient because all the site locations we visted were only a few minutes by car. The property was very clean and had all the utilities needed for us to enjoy our stay. I most definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting downtown San Diego.

If San Diego is on your bucket list of places to visit, I highly recommend staying at this lovely home! Located in a quaint, historic neighborhood everything about the home is modern and comfortable. We walked to an authentic Mexican restaurant on night 1, then took a short Uber ride to the San Diego Zoo the next day. The host, Ruben, was fantastic in every way—from surprising us with extra hospitality to making sure we had clear instructions for any possible question. I hope to return to San Diego in the future to visit the Safari Park and will definitely book this property again.

Very comfortable house and close to lots of attractions.

Our family of 4 plus our small Corgi had a wonderful stay at this squeaky clean house. The bedrooms are very large and the house is quite spacious! Beds were comfy and the whole house was remodeled. Neighbors were very friendly and it was quiet at night. The host is wonderful, communicates well and even brought us refills of coffee pods. The house is close to many attractions, especially Balboa Park, where we spent a lot of time. Being so close to downtown, one saw a bit of the social issues, but we felt still very safe. Lots of kitties in the neighborhood.

Clean! Newly remodeled space. Hosts left water & muffins with K cups & creamer for coffee that was much appreciated. The space is 5 stars inside. Great communication from the host. Parking is an issue on the street so off street parking is nice, but the area where we parked appeared to be under construction. I would give the neighborhood 2-3 stars. The location is close to petco park, but it’s a questionable walk to the train to get there.
