Ce magnifique condo de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain est prêt pour vos vacances! Vous allez adorer la vue sur l'océan depuis ce condo au 9ème étage de votre balcon face à l'océan!

Faits saillants du salon
Le salon en bord de mer comprend une grande télévision à écran plat, une porte coulissante en verre donnant sur le balcon, un canapé, des chaises, une table basse, une table de chevet et un ventilateur de plafond.

Équipements de cuisine
La cuisine entièrement équipée dispose d'un réfrigérateur côte à côte avec machine à glaçons et eau filtrée, d'un four autonettoyant avec plaque de cuisson radiante, d'un four micro-ondes intégré et d'un lave-vaisselle. La cuisine comprend également un grille-pain, une cafetière, des chaudrons, des casseroles, des couverts et des ustensiles de cuisson.

Profitez de la chambre principale en bord de mer dotée d’un lit king-size et d’une porte coulissante en verre menant au balcon privé en bord de mer. La chambre principale est bien aménagée avec une commode pleine longueur et un miroir, deux tables de nuit avec lampes et une grande télévision à écran plat. La salle de bain principale dispose de deux lavabos.

Beautiful and comfortable

This condo was a perfect place to stay on our beach vacation. The location was perfect, the layout and decor were very comfortable, and we really felt at home on our vacation. Can’t wait to come back in the future!

Beautiful and comfortable

Beautiful and comfortable, was clean everything was nice and had supplied everything you would possibly need. Loved the corner with the extra windows you could see so much of the beach even inside. The only negative I would say and it’s not terrible is the beds were all very uncomfortable mattresses aren’t high-quality but everything else was wonderful

Great time

Great oceanfront location, clean condo with amazing views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Waterpointe 2-901. We love this condo and have stayed here a few times. The condo is clean and well-stocked. The new bedding in the primary bedroom is beautiful, a nice update from our last stay here. The new raised bed frames allow us to store our luggage under the bed and out of the way, which is a nice addition. The balcony guest closet has some beach chairs and toys for the lids; what a great addition. We did make sure to rinse them off as requested. Thanks again for another great stay :)

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 901 is a very nice, homey, well decorated condo. The kitchen was clean and stocked with every appliance, utensil, etc. you will need. The owner's do need to replace the washing machine and dryer. They are old and the washing machine stinks even if you leave the door open. The condo overall was clean. One issue (NOT the fault of the owners) was the floors were dirty. Our feet were black from walking barefoot in the condo. We did call the property management company to request the floors be mopped. They said they would send someone out. Although management stated someone did come to mop, the floors were still dirty. I bought a Swiffer wet jet to clean. Again, not the fault of the owners, and it did not affect how much we enjoyed the condo. Just stating a fact. Loved the balcony... gorgeous view of the ocean. All in all, we had a wonderful family trip! We would definitely stay in Unit 901 again.

Loved sitting on the balcony, beautiful views of the whole beach. We had pelicans fly right by us every day. The decor is tasteful and the unit is clean. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and toys. Nice indoor pool for a cooler it rainy day

Watched dolphins play while drinking my morning coffee on the oceanfront balcony. We saw many pelicans fly right in front of the balcony. The condo is clean and bright. The updated kitchen including washer and dryer are great. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will be back.

Condo experience

The condo was clean. There were a few stains on the couch. The master bedroom bed mattress was very bad for sleeping. The view was great! It would have made our experience better if they had beach chairs available we were never able to rent any they were always gone. The check in process was hectic because you had to go pick up a key in previous stays we just went to condo/rental. I would rate overall experience ok only because of bed and unable to actually sit at the beach and checkin process. The condo was clean and roomy the upgrades were nice.

Each unit was very nice, this one included. Plenty of room for our family, balcony overlooks ocean, and from the 9th floor it is great. My son was concerned about the height with his small children (ages 4 and 2) but the balcony was secure. Furnishings were very nice. Washer and dryer in kitchen area is very convenient.

There is always staff cleaning the common areas and were extremely friendly. We had friends who were impressed with our accommodations (they own a time share in the area). SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE !

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: ODVR is always efficient and extremely helpful. We have loved our experience in dealing with them. Unfortunately our recent visit left us frustrated, aggravated and disappointed. We were excited to be able to return to WaterPointe II for the third time this year. Our first two stays could not have been more beautiful. We loved every minute. Units 201 and 304 were perfection! Immediately when we walked into our most recent unit some of the windrow blinds were scattered across the floor and continued to fall throughout the week. We put them up and they would stay for a short period and fall again. FRUSTRATING!!!!! Disappointment soon set in when it was communicated to us that our balcony would be off limits for the duration of our stay. We have always enjoyed the balcony for morning coffee, picturesque sunrises, sunsets and fresh air at night along with starry displays. Unbelievable that was taken from us! Aggravation was prompted by frequent visits (4 different times)from repair men to paint the balcony that needed to dry and more coats applied. Two men sat down inside as two worked on the balcony. We never understood why it took four men - two working and two talking and telling us they were doing as told. "They had nothing to do with our unhappiness!" When we booked the unit - Our options for the week were communicated and when we realized 901 was and end unit we chose it because they would be less obstructed views. Well we were tremendously surprised to find out we could NOT use the balcony!!!!! I do not believe ODVR knew about this work when we booked the unit since I clearly communicated our love for early morning coffee on the balcony etc. Thanks ODVR for letting us know about the exterminator's visit. We knew what to expect. The balcony fiasco was quite the surprise!!!! We look forward to booking with ODVR again. While the overall stay was somewhat disappointing, the location is great. This unit could use some upgrades.

Unexpected Visitor

I guess he could tell by the look on my face I was not pleased. He left thank goodness. We were not very comfortable after that.
