Inside, the main living level offers an open-concept layout with a light and airy Florida feel. The newly renovated kitchen boasts solid surface countertops, stylish wood cabinets, and a breakfast bar perfect for gathering. Relax in the living room, complete with a sleeper sofa, smart TV, and wall-to-wall sliding doors leading to a screened balcony where the Gulf breeze becomes part of your experience. A convenient half-bath is also located on this level.

Upstairs, you'll find three inviting bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Perfection in Paradise

This condo unit was absolutely perfect in every way: Great location at end of road with no traffic. Directly on beach. Extremely clean. Bedroom suite's views were breathtaking...(better than the pics). Had the pool to ourselves. Wonderful management folks to work with.

Perfect property for a family vacation

Washer and dryer were a nice surprise. Noise neaqrby from restoration. Plumbing effluent by property. Location and spaciousness were great. Kirtchen was nicely accessorized.

Terrible Accommodations for such a nice location - unclean

Pool and surrounding area was filthy dirty for our family; the garage door didn't work and the pool was unheated - these latter two eventually fixed but inconvenient for the outrageous price of the rental!!Sanibel Beach Club II when renovated in 2025 is a much better place to stay and also very close to the beach - it is walkable to shops and restaurants too! Better Value!

We apologize for the condition of the pool area upon arrival and the initial inconvenience with the garage door and pool heat. While we’re glad those issues were eventually resolved, we understand how frustrating the timing must have been—especially given the importance of a smooth and comfortable stay. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance and cleaning teams to help us improve moving forward. Great property, not great management company

This was our first visit to the island since Hurricane Ian. We were excited to see the recovery efforts and the Sanibel friendliness all around the island. This property was perfect for our family of grandparents, adult children and two teenagers. It was clean, well stocked for kids who want to eat every two hours, and an easy walk to the beach. The only negative was the lack of welcome communication and flexibility of the Gulf Coast Vacation Rental Company.

Super stay despite smelly water outlet issue

As reported to Beth, there is a regular overflow of water to the right of the property that discharged frequently creating nasty odour and attracted mosquitoes. I realise there are mosquitoes in Florida but this was the one thing for us that let the property down as the overflow of water did not appear consistent with the high standards for the rest of the property. BBQ was dirty when we arrived too.

Beautiful beach front location

Stunning beach & gulf water views from the lanai & living area as well as from the two primary bedrooms. The pool was clean and warm; garage was a nice asset and we had everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels. The only big negative is a groundwater run off pipe discharging horrid rotten egg smelling water next to the lanai which permeates the lanai [spoiling the ambience, we would need to leave the lanai and go inside with doors closed]. And, if windows/doors open, it also permeates the living areas. Plus, at night, with bedroom windows open, the awful odor also comes upstairs into the bedrooms. It's really bad and if this could be corrected, the house would be perfect. We are on the fence as to whether we would rent here again because of the ongoing bad odors; maybe it can be corrected with a long run off pipe keeping the odor further away from the house.

Great location- beautiful, on a dead end road, friendly neighborhood.

For us there is no other way to describe our experience then a pros and cons list and others can decide what matters to them. Pro's Great location- beautiful, on a dead end road, friendly neighborhood. Quiet- only 4 units total Right on the beach- SO helpful with young kids Full stocked kitchen Enough supplies Clean pool Plenty of space for 5 people Enough towels, pillows, blankets Front porch amazing! Con's Overall felt dirty Cockroach in drawer and two crawling across floor Maintenance person came without communication from anyone King bed is really two beds put together. There were many pros so it wouldn't have felt right to say don't choose this rental. Hopefully the lists above help you make a decision based on what is important to you.
