RULES for DOG(S): Small pet dogs are welcome, provided they are under 20 lbs, adhering to strict condo rules. A nightly fee applies for each dog included in your booking. For those wishing to bring a dog, an additional fee of $50/night is required. Please inform us in advance to include this in your reservation.

All rentals are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday.

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancel for any reason up to 14 days before check-in and receive a 100% full refund. While renovations are underway in other parts of Loggerhead Cay and on Sanibel Island, you will still have full access to the pool and beach, ensuring your stay is enjoyable and uninterrupted.
