Fabuleuse unitĂ© d'extrĂ©mitĂ© Penthouse avec un toit-terrasse privĂ© surdimensionnĂ© vous offrant les vues les plus panoramiques du golfe ainsi que de l'Ăźle de Sanibel! Parce que c'est une unitĂ© d'extrĂ©mitĂ© toutes les piĂšces du condo sont lumineuses et lumineuses avec des fenĂȘtres du sol au plafond. La suite principale a un mur de verre entier qui donne sur la cour et l'ocĂ©an! Un Lanai projetĂ© offre un endroit idĂ©al pour profiter des couchers de soleil et du cafĂ© tĂŽt le matin ou d'une collation de fin de soirĂ©e.

EntiÚrement rénové, décoré professionnellement et entiÚrement équipé, tout ce dont vous aurez besoin est votre maillot de bain. Nous fournissons des serviettes de plage et un placard bien approvisionné avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour la plage, y compris des chaises de plage et un parasol ainsi que des jouets de plage pour les plus petits. En parlant de petits, nous avons également à disposition un jeu de pak n et une chaise haute pour votre usage. Le condo comprend une spacieuse suite principale, une deuxiÚme chambre avec un lit queen-size et un accÚs direct à la salle de bain et une troisiÚme chambre confortable avec un lit de jour et un gigogne escamotable, idéale pour les enfants. Le poste de travail dans le salon permet aux invités de disposer de suffisamment d'espace pour se répartir et faire le travail si nécessaire. Pointe Santo a récemment mis à niveau le réseau du complexe et le WiFi haut débit GRATUIT est inclus sans frais avec notre condo pour ceux qui doivent rester connectés.

Pointe Santo De Sanibel est l'un des complexes les plus recherchés de l'ßle, construit avant que la ville n'adopte des limites de recul. Santo littéralement aussi prÚs du golfe que possible sur l'ßle. De plus, les commodités de Pt. Santo est haut de gamme et comprend: piscine chauffée, bain à remous, club-house (avec accÚs Internet, terrasse sur le toit et salles de bains), activités pour enfants, chaises longues de plage, beach-volley, jeu de palets, 2 courts de tennis, sécurité et entretien sur place .

Nous allons à Sanibel depuis une trentaine d'années et c'est le meilleur logement dans lequel nous ayons séjourné. Propre, calme et moderne avec une vue magnifique sur la propriété et le golfe. Nous louerons à nouveau !!

Nous avons vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour dans ce condo de Pointe Santo! L'unitĂ© est si confortable ... joliment dĂ©corĂ©e, tout est mis Ă  jour et si bien approvisionnĂ© avec du matĂ©riel de plage, des serviettes, etc. La semaine de Thanksgiving avec nos deux enfants et mes parents n'aurait pas pu ĂȘtre plus spĂ©ciale! Condo was just as described. Newly updated, very clean, and with everything you need. The views are awesome! The new pool is gorgeous and the hot tub is perfect! The pavilion is still under construction but there are tables under it and the bathrooms are pretty much ready. It’s really nice! The noseeums can be a bother at times but bug spray works well. Would definitely stay in C47 again!

Property was perfect for our group of 6. It was clean and updated. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Nicely furnished Nice view from the rooftop. Tons of shells on the beach. Pool area was nice. Great location. Our only issue were the no see ums. They were biting all day and were really bad at night. It helped if we put Off on when we went out but was still annoying.

Super place; ideal for small family or a couple of friends. Only issue with pool is that it needs more pool-side shade. Recovery still in progress but we had no problems. Palms in front of building were being installed as we were leaving. Recovery coming along nicely.

Pointe Santos was just what we wanted and needed. Our rental was as described and the cleaning crew and property manager were very responsive. We liked that we had chairs and beach equipment available to us. The Beach towels in the room was a plus as we flew.

Great views of the lagoon and beach! It was nice being on the 4th floor with the rooftop deck. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There were plenty of nice, big beach towels and a wagon to carry everything to the beach. We rented bikes for the week and took advantage of the great trail system on the island. You could bike to pretty much all restaurants and shops. The only negative thing is the no see um bugs. We all got bit up pretty bad our first day there and we’re still itching a week later! We have welts all over our bodies and they itch like crazy. Be sure to bring bug spray or buy the locally made bug spray specifically for the no see ums. Other than that, it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach. Tons of shells line the beach. Literally piles and piles of shells along the shoreline. My kids enjoyed finding sand dollars too!

This property is great! It’s a nice space for the 6 people we had. Everything was in great order and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook simple meals. The water is a bit strong for our taste and we required bottled water for making ice and drinking. The complex is going under improvements, but the noise didn’t bother us much while we were at the beach or pool. The pavilion is going to be spectacular and the convenient restrooms next to the pool are fabulous. This property is only a short walk to all the amenities. Bring good bug spray and some long shirts/pants as the no-see-ums are relentless when the breeze dies down. The complex also has plenty of beach loungers so we didn’t find a need to bring down chairs unless you want to sit at the waters edge.

From the booking process through checking everything was smooth stress free. Upon arriving the place was just as the pictures portrayed and the views did not disappoint. Our Family of 8 had a great time enjoying the roof top deck to the easy walk to the beach. We only wish we could have stayed longer. The unit was large, clean and user friendly. The view was amazing and the walk to the beach was short and easy. There was construction in the public space which we were warned of but it didn't hinder anything. The only improvement I would have liked is dumsters closer to the building.

Our accommodations were excellent. Condo was very clean and had all the appointments for a great stay. We had no idea there would be so much construction taking place every day. This is a lovely condo with killer views. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean and fresh. The hosts provide everything you need for the beach from towels to chairs to umbrella. The only thing we would add would be an additional medium sized cooking pot - there was a small one and a huge one, but we made do. They are still finishing up Pointe Santo landscaping as well as exterior stucco, so there was a lot of construction noise, but they are very close to finishing. We will stay again!

Beautiful Paradise

Beds were a to firm and dining chairs are uncomfortable. Other than those two things it was a great place to stay. The view was awesome. I would definitely stay again hopefully there will a mattress topper on the beds.

This was a great property very close to the beach. Having grills were great. If I had to be critical- there were 5 forks total. View from the penthouse was great as were the facilities. Was awesome to be that close to the beach and have everything we needed. Would definitely return.

Perfect Beach Condo!

Our stay at this condo was PERFECT! The condo is VERY clean and equipped with everything a family needs (including beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, floor fans, etc...). We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed walking on the beach every day collecting sea shells. The location of the condo was close to the grocery store, shops, and bike paths.... Great location! I recommend this condo to anyone and would definitely like to visit again soon!

Excellent Stay

What a beautiful place to stay! Perfect for our family. We enjoyed early mornings on the sun deck, evenings in the lanai, the one rainy day there, the jigsaw puzzles at the condo provided the teens with entertainment. They pulled one out had fun together assembling the puzzle. Lots of beach gear-wow! The kitchen was fully equipped. While we enjoyed several of the many fine restaurants on Sanibel & Captiva, we had all we needed to cook meals in the condo. This was such a lovely and relaxing place to stay. Thanks!

Awesome location

This is such a beautiful island. We had a wonderful week. The condo is lovely and well cared for. The only issue I had, and have had with other rentals, is the cookware. I never believe it's a good idea to stock a rental with coated type pans. They end up scratched, and unusable. We had limited cookware to use, and ended up eating out often, which is not a bad thing. We certainly would stay here again.

With many years experience in the rental real estate market in Indy , we decided to invest in the luxury condo market in southern Fl and chose the area that we loved to vacation with our own family for many years - Sanibel Island! We loved the Pointe Santo complex and location on the island, and when we stepped into this condo, we knew our search was over! The corner location means lots of windows to enjoy that beautiful FL sunshine and the views from the large rooftop sundeck allow gorgeous sunset views and also views of the nature preserve from other side!
