Fabuleuse unité d'extrémité Penthouse avec un toit-terrasse privé surdimensionné vous offrant les vues les plus panoramiques du golfe ainsi que de l'île de Sanibel! Parce que c'est une unité d'extrémité toutes les pièces du condo sont lumineuses et lumineuses avec des fenêtres du sol au plafond. La suite principale a un mur de verre entier qui donne sur la cour et l'océan! Un Lanai projeté offre un endroit idéal pour profiter des couchers de soleil et du café tôt le matin ou d'une collation de fin de soirée.

Entièrement rénové, décoré professionnellement et entièrement équipé, tout ce dont vous aurez besoin est votre maillot de bain. Nous fournissons des serviettes de plage et un placard bien approvisionné avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour la plage, y compris des chaises de plage et un parasol ainsi que des jouets de plage pour les plus petits. En parlant de petits, nous avons également à disposition un jeu de pak n et une chaise haute pour votre usage. Le condo comprend une spacieuse suite principale, une deuxième chambre avec un lit queen-size et un accès direct à la salle de bain et une troisième chambre confortable avec un lit de jour et un gigogne escamotable, idéale pour les enfants. Le poste de travail dans le salon permet aux invités de disposer de suffisamment d'espace pour se répartir et faire le travail si nécessaire. Pointe Santo a récemment mis à niveau le réseau du complexe et le WiFi haut débit GRATUIT est inclus sans frais avec notre condo pour ceux qui doivent rester connectés.

Pointe Santo De Sanibel est l'un des complexes les plus recherchés de l'île, construit avant que la ville n'adopte des limites de recul. Santo littéralement aussi près du golfe que possible sur l'île. De plus, les commodités de Pt. Santo est haut de gamme et comprend: piscine chauffée, bain à remous, club-house (avec accès Internet, terrasse sur le toit et salles de bains), activités pour enfants, chaises longues de plage, beach-volley, jeu de palets, 2 courts de tennis, sécurité et entretien sur place .

Nous allons à Sanibel depuis une trentaine d'années et c'est le meilleur logement dans lequel nous ayons séjourné. Propre, calme et moderne avec une vue magnifique sur la propriété et le golfe. Nous louerons à nouveau !!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans ce condo de Pointe Santo! L'unité est si confortable ... joliment décorée, tout est mis à jour et si bien approvisionné avec du matériel de plage, des serviettes, etc. La semaine de Thanksgiving avec nos deux enfants et mes parents n'aurait pas pu être plus spéciale! The condo was immaculate and great location to the beach. The beds were super comfy and we had plenty of room for 6 guests. We experienced no issues with appliances and had everything we needed for the beach.

From the booking process through checking everything was smooth stress free. Upon arriving the place was just as the pictures portrayed and the views did not disappoint. Our Family of 8 had a great time enjoying the roof top deck to the easy walk to the beach. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Can’t wait to return and see the property bounce back from the storms. 100% relaxation

Lovely Stay

The unit was large, clean and user friendly. The view was amazing and the walk to the beach was short and easy. There was construction in the public space which we were warned of but it didn't hinder anything. The only improvement I would have liked is dumsters closer to the building.

Our accommodations were excellent. Condo was very clean and had all the appointments for a great stay. We had no idea there would be so much construction taking place every day. It was very noisy from 8AM till 5:30pm. Had we known about the intense noise we would have booked a more enjoyable resort.

Property was great. Beautiful view from the rooftop. Evans was a great host,. Shelling was phenomenal. Traffic was bad at certain times so we had to adjust a little but that is location specific. We had a wonderful time and the property was great.

This is a lovely condo with killer views. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean and fresh. The hosts provide everything you need for the beach from towels to chairs to umbrella. The only thing we would add would be an additional medium sized cooking pot - there was a small one and a huge one, but we made do. They are still finishing up Pointe Santo landscaping as well as exterior stucco, so there was a lot of construction noise, but they are very close to finishing. We will stay again!

Great property

This was a great property very close to the beach. Having grills were great. If I had to be critical- there were 5 forks total. View from the penthouse was great as were the facilities. Was awesome to be that close to the beach and have everything we needed. Would definitely return.

Perfect Beach Condo!

Our stay at this condo was PERFECT! The condo is VERY clean and equipped with everything a family needs (including beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, floor fans, etc...). We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed walking on the beach every day collecting sea shells. The location of the condo was close to the grocery store, shops, and bike paths.... Great location! I recommend this condo to anyone and would definitely like to visit again soon!

Excellent Stay

What a beautiful place to stay! Perfect for our family. We enjoyed early mornings on the sun deck, evenings in the lanai, the one rainy day there, the jigsaw puzzles at the condo provided the teens with entertainment. They pulled one out had fun together assembling the puzzle. Lots of beach gear-wow! The kitchen was fully equipped. While we enjoyed several of the many fine restaurants on Sanibel & Captiva, we had all we needed to cook meals in the condo. This was such a lovely and relaxing place to stay. Thanks!

Awesome location

This is such a beautiful island. We had a wonderful week. The condo is lovely and well cared for. The only issue I had, and have had with other rentals, is the cookware. I never believe it's a good idea to stock a rental with coated type pans. They end up scratched, and unusable. We had limited cookware to use, and ended up eating out often, which is not a bad thing. We certainly would stay here again.

Simply Fabulous!

Evan's place was absolutely perfect for an easy, fun and relaxing vacation with the family! The condo was beautiful, clean and very, very comfortable for our family of 6. It had a spectacular view of the gulf just beyond the courtyard that we enjoyed from the kitchen, balcony and rooftop deck. The rooftop deck was the perfect place to start our day with coffee in the morning and close the evening with a glass of wine at night. Two nice size bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and large open floor plan made meals with the entire family easy and fun! With a bike and walking path directly across the street, we were able to rent bikes and ride every morning and then, take the very short walk down to the beach and spend the afternoons at the beach. Great places to eat, listen to live music and grocery store just a few miles away. So easy! We'll be back! Thanks Evan.

Heaven on Earth

Myself and five girlfriends ages 57-67 just spent a week at Evans’ condo. The condo is in absolutely pristine condition and has everything you could possibly need including thick beach towels and five beach chairs, beach umbrella, and numerous other beach toys, floats, etc. We loved having our morning coffee on the beautiful rooftop deck. We rented bicycles for the week and didn’t need a car. The bicycle paths on Sanibel Island are great. You can shop at Bailey’s General Store and for $15 they deliver the groceries to the condo door. We greatly enjoyed shelling and found a gigantic conch shell, sand dollars, and many, many beautiful shells. A great restaurant right down the road in walking distance called the Sandbar had fabulous seafood and huge, tender steaks. Evans was very quick to respond to any questions I had. His condo, manager, Jim was also always available for any questions and very helpful. . Thank you Evans also for the very thoughtful book written by an author who stays at the condo. We are all excited to read it. The complex itself is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, outdoor hot tub, Pickleball. and snacks at the snack bar. Being beachfront was amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and hope to return again. I would highly recommend this condo to all

We had a wonderful and memorable time on Sanibel from hunting for shells to taking to boat tours!!

The unit we stayed in at Pointe Santo was perfect for our stay!! We discovered two days in to our trip that the unit had a well stocked storage closet for everything needed at the beach, we didn’t know this before coming, I might have missed it in the written details!! Our condo also had beach towels available for our use which I’ve never found in any other rental property!! I cannot say anything negative about our condo!! The decor was nice and the beds were very comfortable!! We have a stunning view overlooks the grounds and beach front view!! I might suggest the kitchen to be stocked with a couple of dish rags, we were only provided with 2 kitchen hand towels so I bought some disposable ones to keep the counters wiped up after messes. Also the refrigerator door wants to pop open, ( just double check it before walking away) had a difficult time keeping things cool, and it took over 24 hours to freeze popsicles. the property mamanger was very helpful with questions I had!! The first morning we were there I pulled open drawer and it caused the top screws to fall out of a corner cabient door, the property manager was out of town and offered for his wife to come fix it but it wasn’t necessary as there was a screwdriver available to use, the same day I made a visit to Baileys hardware store and saw that they had bulk screws so I bought some longer screws and took back to the condo, son in law screwed the larger screws in to the hinges and we believe there shouldn’t be anymore problems with the door!! We also happen to be visiting during a red tide, but we still enjoyed swimming the ocean!! Our grandchildren enjoyed all the small sea creating the ride pools!! The rooftop deck is great for early mornings and evenings!! We also appreciate the screened in lanai as it kept the mosquitoes out!! Another thing I migh suggest is some ceiling fans!! Other than that we had a great time and would definitely rent C47 again!! Thank you Evan Wells sharing your property!! Diana Smith

Beautiful Condo in perfect location!

We stayed at Evans Wells' condo for a week, and thoroughly enjoyed it! The condo was beautiful, very spacious and clean upon arrival. The third bedroom is small, but is adequate for sleeping especially for younger children. We have older boys, and they did fine in there but had to put the trundle away every morning to have room to move around. It wasn't an issue, however. I found the living space to be larger than it appears, and than other condos we have rented. I think this is in part because of the large office space that gives you a larger overall space. The refrigerator is not huge, and we did have an issue with it filling up quickly. We ended up keeping a drink cooler near the kitchen, and only food in the fridge. The washer/dryer also was smaller than I was used to, so I did more loads of laundry to keep the beach towels clean but, again, not a huge issue just something we compensated for. Pointe Santo is gorgeous!! The location of the condo and the resort to the beach is unbelievable. It is absolutely perfect and there isn't one thing I would change. The condo had a couple of beach chairs that were good (as in literally two) and I bought a third and left it, and there is an umbrella, noodles, lots of toys for sandcastles, tons of beach towels. Wash towels/linens were included and that was wonderful! No issues at all and everything ready when we got there. We enjoyed the upper deck very much, once we figured out we needed to spray for "no see'ums" (beware the bugs!) but it was beautiful up there and we caught a gorgeous sunset and a rainbow also. Paradise! We also rented bikes and one piece of advice is just to rent bikes on your first day to have all week. There isn't much cost difference in a week versus a few days, and you will use them! Sanibel has the BEST bike paths and they go everywhere! I wish we had ridden them more, and we plan to next time. We would absolutely stay here again, and thank you to the Wells for sharing your beautiful home with us! It was a week of paradise!

One of our best family vacations ever!

Our family has never taken strictly a beach vacation. We went from July 30th-August 6th. We were so sad to leave. The kids and all of us ranked it as one of our best vacations ever! The property was everything that was promoted on the site. The living space was plenty for our family of 5. My 15 year old daughter took the one bedroom and my twin 11 year old boys slept on the trundle bed. Everything we needed from beach towels, beach equipment, to kitchen equipment were provided. They provide 7 dishwasher tablets that were plenty and 7 washing machine tablets (we had to do a lot of laundry so we had to buy more).The one thing I would have loved to see in the condo would be a collapsable drying rack since not everything can't go in the dryer. The location from the condo, to the pool and to the beach were perfect. We did think about renting a wagon to haul things back and forth, but ended up doing it ourselves. Our family fell in love with shelling. There were shelling nets in the condo, but we ended up buying some more and leaving it there. We also bought shelling bags at the local grocery store Jerry's. The kids loved going from the beach to the pool as did the adults! They have crafting for the kids if you sign up by the pool. If we ever had a question, Evan was quick to respond and so was the staff when we needed batteries for our thermostat. We were in a perfect location. We ate out at the Bubble Room(Over priced and not that great. Just go for the amazing cakes!), Lazy Flamingo (decently priced american food), Matzaluna (good priced Italian) and Pinocchio's for great ice cream! We went for crab racing at the Crow's Nest in Captiva (food fine, crab racing a blast). Shopping was down the street at Periwinkle Place and the plaza before it. We did have to visit the Sanibel Walk-In Clinic for my son's sting on the arm and they were great. They gave us prescriptions right there! We had other excursions planned for the week since we are the type to be on the go, but ended up scrapping plans, because we couldn't leave the beach and pool! Thank you and we hope to be back again!

Father’s Day week

We arrived and were really impressed with our condo, it was very modern in many aspects. The elevator was extremely small and failed to operate a couple times. The only other issues was the tv service in the master suite was intermittent in its functionality and the master bath’s shower entry is extremely small. Overall we loved our stay.

Great location and Unit! Only issue is slow Internet.

This is a great location with an awesome view from the windows. You're close to the general store and many restaurants. The unit is clean and well supplied. The beach supplies are in a storage next to the elevator on the 4th floor. If you plan to do activities for the kids in the clubhouse, I suggest booking it early and they only take cash. The unit manager is very responsive. Lots of shells on the beach. There is a roof sundeck, but its usually too hot to use it or too many mosquitos in the evening to enjoy it. The internet is very slow and unsecured, using the VPN slows it down even more. The pool can get busy, have to get there early if you want to have a seat with an umbrella. Overall, we would stay here again.

Perfect family vacation!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay — condo was as described. Really appreciated the beach chairs, towels, etc. Meant we didn’t have to take all that! Comfortable space and we loved the rooftop deck. Kitchen was well stocked, but condo needs some larger serving bowls and also some storage containers for leftovers — we cook a lot of our evening meals on vacation and missed having those! Nice pantry space for dry goods. We were blessed with perfect weather all week — lots of beach time! The condo is very conveniently located to some great restaurants and the grocery stores, too.
