The Space:

The open-concept living room offers comfortable seating for the whole group and is the perfect place to gather after a day exploring Miami. Large windows overlook the backyard, while the spacious sectional provides additional sleeping space if needed with advance notice.



Outdoor Space



The fully fenced backyard is designed for spending time together, whether you're relaxing by the pool or enjoying an evening under the stars. Take a swim, fire up the grill, challenge friends to a game of ping pong, or gather around the fire pit after sunset. The outdoor movie theater creates a memorable setting for movie nights, while tropical landscaping provides added privacy throughout your stay.

Kitchen



The recently updated kitchen is fully equipped for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. Stainless steel appliances, cookware, utensils, and dinnerware are all provided, and the dining table comfortably seats up to eight guests.



Bedrooms



The home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across five bedrooms.

The primary bedroom features a Tempur-Pedic king bed, Smart TV, and views of the pool. The remaining four bedrooms each offer comfortable queen beds and ample closet space. Need additional sleeping arrangements? The sectional sofa and two foldable beds can be prepared with at least 24 hours' notice.



Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms feature walk-in showers, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. The primary bathroom is ensuite, while the second bathroom is conveniently located off the main living area.



Hosted by Miami Luxury Access, we're happy to help arrange yacht charters, exotic car rentals, or a private chef for special occasions during your stay.



Good to know

Pool heating is available for a $300 fee with at least 48 hours' notice.

The outdoor projector is available with a $500 refundable security deposit and must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival.

Pets are welcome for a $250 fee per stay.



The pool is professionally serviced every Wednesday, and landscaping is completed on Thursdays to keep the property looking its best.

Free driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles.



Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. Please respect our neighbors. Parties, events, and smoking inside the home are not permitted, and violations may result in fines.



The home can accommodate up to 14 guests, although groups of 12 or fewer will enjoy the most comfortable experience.
