What makes this Villa so amazing is its incredible lakefront view. The location is also a plus since it's in the heart of Miami, 10 minutes from the beach and 5 from the Aventura Mall.
The backyard is simply spectacular. Not only because of its proximity to the lake (which is private, you can swim in it), thereâs also sparking heated pool (ask to heat 48 hours before), many chill spots and a dining table with a grill and a romantic fire pit.
We provide a kayak and two paddle boards to have fun in the lake.
The inside of the house is modern and luxurious with top of the notch furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a pool table and much more.

1. Master Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, a 60" Smart TV, access to a full private bathroom and a beautiful view of the lake/pool.
2. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, a 50" Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom.
3. Bedroom with 2 TWIN SIZE BEDS, a 50" Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom.
4. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, a 50" Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom.

- No parties.
- No gatherings.
- No loud noises or shouting.
- No loud music.
- No smoking indoors.

If youâre looking to rent a car, we have you covered!
For only $150 USD a day, enjoy an amazing SUV Bronco. Don't worry, it will be delivered and picked up at the property.
