You’ll enter the property on the ground floor. Here the spacious living area caters to all seasons, with an internal fireplace and large doors opening straight to the pool which is heated from December - Easter for your comfort. and capturing plenty of fresh air. There’s a butler's pantry and fully catered kitchen kitted with state-of-the-art appliances and utensils. A large dining table indoors as well as alfresco dining in the courtyard give guests plenty of choice. Make use of the BBQ and cook up a feast using the region’s renowned fresh local produce. There is heating and cooling throughout the home and the internet has three mesh routers to ensure a stronger signal.

Four luxe bedrooms all have full ensuite bathrooms, while there is a powder room on the ground level. Head upstairs to find the master with a queen-sized bed, Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace. This opens to a private living area with a second Smart TV and balcony overlooking the water, an idyllic spot to watch as the world awakens. Ascend another level to a second living area replete with a wall-mounted TV, L-shaped sofa and another balcony. On this level you’ll also find two king bedrooms, which can each be converted into two king singles upon request.

The fourth bedroom is located upstairs above the garage within a separate annex, offering plenty of privacy from the rest of the house. It has a 55 inch TV, and balcony with views of Mount Martha. Guests will have access to a laundry nook on the ground floor with a sleek washing machine and dryer and secure undercover parking for two cars.
