**The pool can heat up to 32 degrees (approx) with gas heating—note, this is not spa temperature and should not be expected to feel like a spa. It will feel more like a comfortable warm bath not 'hot'. The pool is otherwise solar-heated, which may be limited in warmth during overcast or cloudy winter days. Pool heating requests and payments must be made no later than 48 hours prior to arrival to ensure availability during your stay.



*NOTE: DUE TO GUEST MISUSE THE TENNIS COURT LIGHTS ARE NOT OPERATIONAL.

*GUESTS MUST STRICTLY BE INDOORS FROM 10PM WEEKDAYS, AND 11PM WEEKENDS TO AVOID PENALTIES.

1.⁠ ⁠All outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM (this includes decks, balconies spas & pools)

2.⁠ ⁠No loud music and/or loud activities which can disturb neighbours at any time.

3.⁠ ⁠Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.

4.⁠ ⁠The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 10.
