Bord de l'eau avec terrasse privée, le condo de Cape Cod au bord de la plage possÚde sa propre plage privée de 150 pieds directement sur les magnifiques eaux chaudes de Nantucket Sound. En bas: cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec coin repas donnant sur l'eau. Salon avec foyer au gaz, téléviseur haute définition à écran plat (cùble, lecteur Blue Ray), chaßne stéréo et grandes portes coulissantes en verre s'ouvrant directement sur la terrasse privée donnant sur la pelouse. chambre des maßtres avec lit queen et deuxiÚme BR avec aussi lit queen - les deux avec contrÎle privé a / c. Salle de bain complÚte (douche / baignoire). chambre des maßtres - avec de grands curseurs s'ouvrant sur le pont avec une vue panoramique spectaculaire sur le son de Nantucket. This was just a quick weekend getaway for our family. The condo was the perfect size for us and it’s a great location to get to all of the surrounding downtown areas.

We had a fabulous stay. Waking up to the view of the ocean every morning was awesome. Being able to walk 20 steps to the beach was fantastic.

Great value

Excellent space with comfortable beds, good shower and efficiency kitchen. Patio area just off one of the bedrooms Easy walk to seating area viewing the ocean and just a few stairs to expansive, private and sandy beach.

Exactly as described! Couldn't have been a better location and the amenities were what we needed as well. Raj was welcoming and helpful through the stay and the rooms were well appointed. If I had to leave a any tip it would be for tissues since we found none and perhaps a little more helpful directions with the tv, which was very difficult to view much of anything but news. Otherwise - great job, Raj! We'd love to stay at your place again!

Great stay!!

We stayed here for 4 days, as a group of 5 women. Beautiful views! We were happy to have 2 bathrooms! There was enough space! We rented a vehicle as we were visiting as many places as we could. This is 25 minute drive to Hyannis ferry. Raj was very responsive in answering questions before we arrived and while we were at the rental! Thank you!

Rainy but fun

The Condo was everything we expected. Beautiful view and very clean. Unfortunately, we had a very rainy, windy weekend, so we were not able to fully enjoy our accommodations. We would definitely go back.

A Hidden Gem of a Beach Condo

I can’t say enough about how peaceful and relaxing this hidden gem of a beach condo was. My family spent a fantastic week there, enjoying the private beach as well as the brilliant view of the Ocean from the back patio. This place was very clean, cozy and perfect my family. It’s wonderfully located and an easy drive to several key spots along the Cape. There were lots of great restaurant options as well (especially one town over in Harwich) Look no further than here when planning your next family trip to the Cape.

My family members had a wonderful time. Only suggestion would be an upgrade in the mattresses. Raj was excellent to work with. Entire process was very easy.

Weekend with the girls

Place was great, except having neighbors upstairs with a dog that woke us up every morning EARLY playing fetch! Also a working hot tub would of been nice. Clean & its was nice having beachfront property.

Just steps from the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at the cape and couldn’t have had a better time. The beach was private and only a few steps from our back patio as written in the description. We were able to bring our water loving dog who was the hit on the beach! I think he may be famous with all of the pictures everyone took of him. Lol! Thanks Raj and Cindy for the great vacation!

A little slice of Heaven

We enjoyed our stay despite the weather. Look forward to coming back next year! A lower mark for dog hair left behind. ( understandable with the vacuum. Didn’t seem very efficient.) overall we highly recommend this condo. Raj was very helpful

FOUND THE BEST CONDO OUT THERE

This years vacation was very special to me .It was my birthday and also 3 months recovery from lung surgery. So I was very very picky where I went. I wanted first to be able to see the ocean and hear the waves crashing at night. 2nd a really comfortable bed ( which isn't always easy to find ) 3rd an outside sitting area and inside furniture that you could actually relax in. Not only did I get all of that but the interior is exactly as the pictures show. Immaculately clean , decorated beautifully what I would call modern Cape Cod and still very beachy. My husband and I loved it. Raj the owner was a pleasure to work with and knowing we were getting in late saw us the next morning to make sure we were all set. I feel I did find my special place to celebrate. I would recommend this condo to everyone.

The location was fabulous

The condo is well equipped and comfortable and very nice to have two bedrooms with 2 seperate bathrooms. The location is fabulous but this is a lower unit and there is very little acoustical buffers between the floors. So there were people above us and we heard them day and night. There is also construction going on next door which is not a problem on the weekend as they dont work but if you are thinking about a peaceful book reading day by the beach its not going to be that at this point until they get the building enclosed. We had to search for towels and found dirty ones in the washer so the cleaners are probably not the best around and we had to run the bedding through the wash as we found sand in one of the beds. Hot tub not working at this point but that was pointed out before we arrived.

Perfect Little Getaway

Christmas at the Cape - this was a great place to stay. Looking forward to staying here again in the fall. Raj was very responsive to any questions we had beforehand and while we were there. I would recommend this property. I enjoyed my stay and I'm sure you will too!! :)

Excellent stay at this vacation rental

It was awesome.spending Thankgiving with my family at Rajs condo in Dennisport which being on water was amazing to wake up everyday to. The 2 BR 2 BA rental was very comfortable equipped with everything one can expect in a condo and there were additional personal touches with decor and amenities which were top of the line. Our daughters and us had a wonderful time cooking Thanskgiving dinner and also going out to eat at local Cleats and Anchor where food and drinks were both excellent. Our daughters 2 year old Aus Shep also loved running on the private beach 2 min walk down..I would recommend this property to all and we will visit and stay there again soon..in summer.

Condo by the sea

Location could not be beat. Just open the screened in door and walk a few steps to the beach. Beach is lovely and spacious. Water perfect temp. Condo is spacious and comfortable with nice bathrooms. The only suggestion I would have is for whomever owns the property to cover the unusable hot tub and take down the fence around it for even more beach view.

Amazing place!

We had an amazing family vacation. The property is beautiful and right on a private beach and the water was like bath water and super clean. You can walk right in. The property is so nicely kept. Super clean and equipped with everything you need. Raj the owner super nice and easy to work it. Quickly replied to all of my questions. Thank you Raj for renting your property to us and can't wait to do it again next year. Already missing it this week. Rather be at the beach !!
