Brand new 2021 condo: spectacular ocean view and private ocean beach on Nantucket Sound. Living, dining, and kitchen directly facing the ocean! Wake up to the sound of the ocean waves and gorgeous view every morning, just steps away from the private ocean beach! Bedroom #1 has an ocean view with a queen sized bed, an ensuite full bath with shower, and a large window; Bedroom #2 also has an ocean view with a queen sized bed, large window, and a smart TV. Another full bath with shower/tub combo is in the hallway. Large sliding glass doors opening to the large balcony with a spectacular view of Nantucket sound. Kitchen with eat-in area, beautiful countertops, and stainless steel appliances overlooking ocean view. Living room has a smart TV. Central AC, central Heating, Washer and Dryer inside own unit. Linens and bath towels are provided. The unit is located on the third floor. The building has an elevator and stairs.

Girls Trip

We had a fantastic stay. The condo was extremely clean, well maintained and cozy. The location was great and had amazing views. Everything was just as described and the host was very friendly and super responsive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Spring break stay with teens

We had a wonderful stay during the off season with our teen daughter and her friend. Beautiful views from the condo of the ocean. The girls managed to soak up some sun even in the chilly weather. The condo was extremely clean and host was available for any questions we had! Great restaurants within walking distance! Would highly recommend staying here! Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful beachside property. Lavishly furnished with all your living needs. High end amenities throughout. As always, Mr Ding is a terrific host. Highly recommend this place.

We stayed in Dec. beautiful location and very quiet thistime of year...right on the ocean best time of year togo to Cape Cod. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful view!

We had a great visit. The unit has a beautiful view, lot of windows. It was in good proximity to our day trips; Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Provincetown, Plymouth. We had no issues while there so didn't need to contact Yiping, but I had a few questions beforehand and he answered them quickly. We hope to go again.

Incredible!

I stayed at the condo with my Dad and Sister. It was well stocked, clean and comfortable. But, even if it wasn’t, we would definitely stay again. Being oceanfront and on the third floor was amazing. The views and sunsets were incredible. Parking was convenient and having an elevator was great. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect stay

The property, location and views were exceptional. Easy beach access and just a few steps to the Ocean House restaurant. The community is very dog friendly and our French Bulldog was comfortable. Looking forward to staying here again.

Perfect Vacation

Excellent property,Condo was clean and neat. The elevator was ideal very quiet and clean. Every room was as mentioned in the overview. The views from every window were superb and the deck was outstanding. I would give this stay and property a TEN.

Extremely clean and fantastic location. Perfect stay.

This property is perfect. Condo on a private beach with beautiful ocean views from all rooms. The deck is a wonderful spot to enjoy the ocean views and air. The condo is extremely clean and well maintained. The condo had everything we needed for our short mid week stay. Nice to have washer/dryer in unit and an elevator to access the 3rd floor unit. Parking is easy. The owner communicates proactively and is available if any issues come up (which did not happen when we were there). Even better, we were able to bring our well behaved dog on vacation with us.

We had a great stay here! I used the first bedroom to put my toddler in and she was far enough away that my husband and I were able to still hang out without her waking up. We loved the kitchen and used it often. The far bedroom was significantly cooler than the other so I put a sweater on my toddler to sleep and we slept with our door open to circulate air better. The area is sleepy with a few restaurants! I recommend driving over to Mayflower beach. It was perfect to swim. It was 30$ cash per car. And we loved the cape cod national seashore! 5 stars for Yipping and his spot in Dennis port!

Beautiful spot!

The condo is as described and has lots of light. Plenty of space for two couples or a small family. The weather was variable while we were there so we used both the gas fireplace and the deck that faces the ocean! The location is close to great restaurants and our dog enjoyed walking the neighborhood and down to the ocean. Would highly recommend!
