Welcome to the The Silver Beach House. A brand new luxury vacation home on one of Exuma's most private beaches. Professionally designed decor and finishes curated by Sarah Baeumler make this house exude authentic Bahamian comfort. Interior and exterior spaces are equipped with carefully selected furniture and materials that surround the natural beauty of the powder sand beach and crystal blue water that make Exuma so famous.

The house is centrally located on Tar Bay, less than ten minutes from both the airport and the main hub of the Island, George Town. Groceries, provisions, restaurants, bars, pharmacy are all only a few minutes away.

The living space features three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a separate living room, and a cozy den with sleep-sofa. The exterior space is made up of a large covered stone patio with teak lounge seating and dining area leading out to the infinity pool that blends into the ocean.

Guests will be provided with all the necessary assistance as they plan and prepare for their stay. Suggestions for activities, tours, boat rentals, chef and catering service, spa treatment, restaurants, fishing, diving, etc. will be provided.

Exceeded Expectations!

Beautiful! Excellent location in Tar Bay. We had always stayed in February Point or Grand Isle. We will stay here again. Great pre-stay communication and fast replies from property manger once we had arrived. Fantastic A/C. Fast internet. Comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture. A lot of thought and attention to detail was put into the guest experience by the Owners.

Silver Beach House exceeded all of our expectations! The home was just as pictured, clean, well stocked, and the perfect location! We loved the kayaks and paddle boards, as well as the pool! We will definitely be back!

Amazing property

We loved our time at Silver Beach House. The view of the crystal blue water from the property is great and having direct access to the beach is amazing. The beach was never crowded and we often had it to ourselves. Our kids spent hours in the pool, which was the perfect size. The house itself was amazing. Everything was new, clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location is great since it’s near the airport and near town. If you’re looking to go to Exuma, this is an amazing option.

This home was perfect for 5 of us. We all had our own space and bathrooms plus plenty of indoor and outdoor common spaces to hang out together. The home was very clean and very well stocked. The owners thought of everything - from kitchen supplies, to games, beach towels and snorkel gear, to a Bluetooth speaker - we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The porch and view were amazing and the beach was nearly empty while we were there which made us feel like we had a private beach. The property manager was great and very responsive. Beautiful home and we would definitely come back to this one.

All we can say is wow! What an amazing vacation we had and we couldn’t have asked for a better home for our family. This home is spotless and has everything you could ever need! Esther was always available and so helpful answering any questions we may have had. The pool is stunning and just steps from a pristine beach. Plenty of pool inflatables and the kayaks and paddle boards were such a bonus. Thank you for an amazing stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Thank you for giving our family such a perfect place to spend time!

Absolute perfection!

We had the best stay at Silver Beach! The house was perfect. The location was perfect. We didn’t want for a thing in this house! Everything we needed was already there. We swam in the pool, the beach, we cooked. It was the best trip! I have already shared the info for more than 10 friends that have seen our amazing pictures. Thank you for everything! Great Stay at Silver Beach House

We were three couples on our annual friends trip to Exuma. We always stay on Tar Bay and loved everything about this home. It was perfect for our group size, had everything we needed. Esther was fabulous and very responsive. Will definitely stay again and could not recommend this house more. Pool was perfect to float in and Tar Bay is stunning, which is why we always go back. House is in the perfect central location. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Best island experience

We have been traveling around the world with our 3 children since they were little, including many island experience around the globe. My children now, 10, 16, and 18, said by far, this is the best vacation ever!! The details of the house is exquisite, the location is perfect right in between Georgetown, markets and the airport . The infinity pool over look the turquoise ocean water is stunning. Everything we need was in the house, from water activities equipments to living necessities and beyond. Absolutely amazing right from the start of booking to the ending of Check out. Thank you for sharing your stunning house with us!

Best vacation ever

Silver Beach house was beyond what we expected. The property is so beautiful with all the perfect touches to make your vacation a dream come true. The location is perfect and waking up to that view was spectacular. Esther was so helpful with everything and went above and beyond to help us when our daughter was sick. We are already looking to book again.

Just book it, it's FANTASTIC!

We must have looked at online photos and Silver Beach House instagram over 50 times waiting for our trip but it still took our breath away when we walked into the home and saw the view with our own eyes. It's something special. The home is amazingly designed. We were two families: 4 adults and 3 teenagers and felt so comfortable with our own space. Both families agreed the kitchen was the best stocked home we have stayed at. We basically lived on the back deck during our stay. Communication with the owner and Esther the house manager was super easy. We had a fantastic trip, the only regret you will have with booking this home is when you have to leave. Wish we were still there. Thank you Silver Beach House for the memories.

Incredible!

This property is absolutely incredible. The photos don’t do it justice. This one of the best vacations we have had and the house was one of the biggest reasons. Incredibly clean, equipped with everything you would need including paddle boards & kayaks. We loved our mornings waking up and going out for a swim and paddle board right out the front door. It felt like we had our own private beach. We don’t normally travel back to the same place twice but we are already talking about our next trip here. You will not be disappointed!

ImpossiBLUE Not To Like

We had high expectations based on prior reviews and the oceanfront location of Silver Beach House, but still our jaws dropped when opening the front door for the first time to see the indoor splendor and the spectacular blues of the ocean view. Our giddiness remained for our entire stay, whether taking in the beach or just hanging out. The house is very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen supplies were plentiful. We were perfectly content to spend full days at the property, because there was so much to do and the space was great for relaxing too. Esther did a wonderful job in securing last minute groceries for us, anticipating that we might be surprised to find the stores closed for the holiday (we would have been). It was a truly sad day when we had to close the door and head to the airport. But we take with us excellent memories from Silver Beach House!

Amazing

Property was more than I could have dreamed of. The views were breathtaking and exactly as pictured. House hostess was great and communication was great. The house had everything you need in it. The location was perfectly situated between all important things such as airport, stores, restaurants, water taxi and beach clubs. We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful property right on the beach at Tar Bay! Swimming pool was amazing.! All the amenities inside and out side were great. Location was central on the island. Swimming the reef out behind the house was cool. Can’t wait to come back!

Paradise!!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Silver Beach House!! Esther met us at the house at check-in and gave us a tour and went over some things about the house. She was super helpful and detailed! The house was exactly as pictured!! We were impressed with how stocked the kitchen was...anything and everything we could need as there! The pool was fantastic and the ocean is literally just steps away! The pool chairs were perfect for lounging. We also felt super safe at this home. We went to many of the other beaches on the island and decided that the beach at this house was better than all the others! We cannot even wait to plan a return trip to Exuma and this wonderful home!!

WOW!!!!

This house is AMAZING!!!! Everything you would ever need to have a great vacation is in the house. The kitchen is fully stocked - the patio - with coolers, snorkel gear, rafts, umbrellas - pretty much everything you need. We had Cleo bring dinners for us which was amazing and we recommend her highly. Esther was awesome! She made sure to check on us and give us all the details of the house upon arrival. Beds were amazing, really 5 star quality. You just can't beat the location, right on the beach and so close to airport and to town. Everything was perfect and we will be back again and again! Thank you for everything!

Silver House is, without question, the finest VRBO rental we’ve ever experienced. As short-term rental hosts ourselves, we understand the effort required to maintain pristine properties, and Silver House exceeds every expectation.From the moment you arrive, the impeccable cleanliness stands out – this home is truly immaculate. The house manager is phenomenal, attending to every detail with precision and care, even the pool guy was awesome! The kitchen is a dream, stocked with every tool and appliance you could possibly need, earning a well-deserved 10/10. This is especially valuable in Exuma, where dining options are limited due to challenges with sourcing products, though a few excellent restaurants do exist.The listing photos are 100% accurate but don’t fully capture the breathtaking reality. For those familiar with Tar Bay, the elevated views and stunning rock formations are iconic, and the vista across the infinity-edge pool, especially from the primary suite, is nothing short of spectacular. A little slice of heaven!!

We had an amazing stay at Silver Beach House! The house is absolutely gorgeous and the owner's have thought of everything! Your own nearly private beach is just steps from the house. The patio and pool are are so relaxing! Beds are comfortable and the house layout was perfect for our group of 2 adults and 5 teens! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need. The house is conveniently located to the airport and nearby Georgetown and Smitty's for groceries. The communication with the owners and the property manager were excellent! We had an amazing time and already can't wait to return!!

Perfect house!

This was our first time in Exuma and we will definitely be back! We were a party of 6 (2 families) and the house was AMAZING! It was perfectly stocked with everything that you could possibly think of and beautifully decorated. The owner, Dominique was wonderful to work with and very responsive! The house manager, Esther answered any and all questions that we had while on the island. The location of the house was perfect and the beach just steps from the pool was beautiful. There is a reef right behind the house that we snorkeled. The house has a Generac generator which quickly kicked on one night when the power on the island temporarily went out. We are already planning our return trip to the island and are looking forward to renting this house again! Absolutely Incredible!

Silver Beach House was everything we expected and more. This was our third trip to Tar Bay, and we've stayed at some very nice home, but Silver has been the best home yet. The exterior of the home is beautiful, only to be outdone by the interior. When you walk in, you're greeted by an amazing view of the incredible Exuma waters of Tar Bay. You're also greeted by Esther, the house manager. Esther is welcoming, and made sure every aspect of our trip was great. The living area of the home was spacious and clean, as were each of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen sits off to the side, but manages to provide an open floor plan feeling. The living room and kitchen have sliding doors that lead out to the pool area, which is where we spent a lot of time. The infinity pool was a great asset to have for both kids and adults alike. There were plenty of pool toys, floats, and snorkel gear to enjoy. The outdoor furniture was very nice, and we could enjoy plenty of outdoor shade when a break was needed. From the pool deck, a short set of stairs leads you down to the beach, which feels like a private beach. Both Dominique and Esther were fantastic. Communication was great, and Esther made sure all of our needs were met. Overall, Silver Beach House is incredible, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway in Exuma. Just be sure to book your dates sooner rather than later...like us, anyone who stays here will be booking again!
