Welcome to Island Time, a brand new 4 bedroom luxury house situated on the beautiful Flamingo Bay beach! Island Time is one of 3 brand new homes that make up the "Stay Exuma" brand. www.stayexuma.com

As soon as you enter the house you will notice the amazing blue-sapphire water that is steps away. Put your bags down and get ready to enjoy one of the greatest vacations you will ever have.

Island Time offers two Ocean facing King Master suites, along with 2 additional King suites with bunk beds. All rooms are equipped with their own private bathroom. The two King Master suites offer a bathroom that will make you feel like you are in a luxurious spa!
Island Time offers breathtaking views from every angle with large sliding doors and windows that bring the outside in. No one feels left out of the conversation with the open floor plan. If you decide to eat in, you won’t be disappointed. This gourmet kitchen is fitted with top of the line stainless steel appliances. In the cabinets you will find plenty of plates, cups, pots & pans, and anything else needed to make yourself a delicious dinner. The oversized island makes it easy for prepping meals or enjoying a drink with family & friends. Enjoy sitting at the large island or have the whole family enjoy a meal at the dining table.
Take a step outside and enjoy all the outdoor living. The pool is large enough for the whole family, take a swim or just enjoy sitting on those lounge chairs on the tanning ledge. Relax under the covered porch or take a few more steps to the Gazebo where you could use a state of the art grill, pour your self a drink, or just sit and feel like you are on your own private island.
Take a stroll on the beautiful white sandy beach that encompass Flamingo Bay or feel free to enjoy the Clear Kayaks and paddle board that are provided.

Island Time is located just 15 minutes from Georgetown International Airport. If you are a golfer, you are only 5 minutes away from the award winning course at Sandals Emerald Bay.

This house if perfect! The layout of the rooms was perfect for 4 couples. The pool and beach are amazing. The kitchen is so well stocked. The hosts were extremely responsive to any question we had. The island is absolutely beautiful and the people are amazing. Highly recommend this house and the island!

What an amazing place!

This house is simply gorgeous! We had such an amazing time and Paul was so incredibly helpful with answering any and all questions I had, and I had a lot! The inside and outside of the house were perfect and we could not have asked for a better place. You will not regret booking Island Time and we will certainly book again!

Amazing vacation

Absolutely perfect stay at Island Time House! The amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. The private pool and beachfront access were stunning, making it easy to soak in the beauty of Exuma. The house was stocked with everything—from beach chairs and towels to a Bluetooth speaker—so we could fully enjoy our time without worrying about a thing. The host and property manager were fantastic, with quick and helpful communication throughout our stay. The owner’s website also had great recommendations that made planning activities effortless. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Amazing Property

My family of 8 adults spent 6 nights in Great Exuma at Island Time. It was a magical trip and highlighted by such a beautiful, cozy, modern home! Every detail is perfection. Patrick, the house manager, was very attentive and helped us immediately if we were in need. Our itinerary included a private excursion with Exuma water sports / rented a boat and spent the day at The Coconut Club and Chat n Chill on Stocking Island/ a Hydrosports water bike ride through the Lazy River/ fun beach day at Cocoplum beach/ and much time by our own beautiful pool and walks on the gorgeous beach outside our door! We are already talking with friends about booking Island Time for a couples trip! Thank you Paul for sharing your home.

I can’t say enough great things about this property. The location is ideal with a perfect beach right off the pool. Beds were so comfy, bathrooms and kitchen luxurious, no detail was forgotten. We are definitely coming back. Paul was so helpful.

Beautiful house with amazing views! The amenities were awesome. The pool is beautiful, plenty of things to do at the house for days! There are clear kayaks to use, snorkels, life jackets, beach chairs! The kitchen and living space are great. The beds are very comfortable!

Perfect House!

We had an amazing time while staying at Island Time. The house was beautiful, very clean and had all the comforts of home! It was great having a pool and the ocean! I loved having two full sized refrigerators as well as two washers and dryers! Loved having all of the different color Yetis, and great beach towels!Thank you!

Trust the pictures and the reviews!

This beautiful home put the lux in luxury! The kitchen is perfectly stocked with small touches like the Yeti cups, kitchen towels, a huge assortment of wine glasses, cooking utensils, and spices. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy and comfortable with a spa-like feel. We had 8 adults but there is room enough for kiddos. The robes are a lovely touch. Paul is an incredible host, provided loads of great info in advance of our trip and checked in to see how our week was going. Some of these “extras” sound simple but you normally would not find beach towels, snorkel gear, sunscreen, bug spray, 2 washers, dryers and fridges, Kleenex, and a wonderful welcome gift in a typical VRBO. Thank you, Paul, for the perfect week!

Absolutely Fantastic!!

We had pretty high expectations after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures BUT nothing prepares you to how great the house is. You have everything you need and Paul, Patrick and Patricia provide all the little details. Super responsive hosts and any small need was taken care of very quickly. The only bad part was having to leave. Highly recommend for your next stay or vacation unless it’s the same time we want to return. We need it that week 😉

Amazing!!

My family (4 adults and 2 kids) just spent a week in Exuma and stayed here at Island Time. The house is beautiful and very clean (which is important to me). It’s right on the water with beach access and the kids loved having the pool. The owner was easy to communicate with and was very responsive. He truly thought of everything when furnishing this home. The location was great for us! I highly recommend staying here and hope to book again next year.

Absolutely amazing

This place is like a slice of heaven on earth. So beautiful and relaxing. The condo was extremely clean, had all the kitchen/bath items we needed, beautifully decorated, pool was super nice, and the ocean views were stunning. Easy to get to, and the town is actually not far at all with a decent amount of things to do. We loved our stay here and would definitely go back.

Best place on Earth!

This property is the epitome of a luxury vacation. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a house that was impeccably designed, with beautiful furnishings, and breathtaking panoramic views that will leave you in awe. The property manager was very responsive and helpful, the house was very clean, and the pool/outdoor living area is literally to die for. I was also pleasantly surprised with how much there was to do within the town as well. My kids had a great time and weren’t bored once! We lacked nothing. This rental is the perfect blend of elegance and relaxation. It was an amazing trip and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend staying here. In fact, I don’t think I’ll be back UNLESS I stay here! It was that perfect!!!! Ten out of ten!!!

Stunning!

We had the most amazing time in Exuma and we had the perfect house! The house is brand new, the pictures don't do it justice. You can tell they spared no expense from the robes, the thick and fluffy towels, to the custom yeti's & shot glasses they supplied. The beds were very comfortable and it was so nice to have such a large refrigerator and two washers and dryers. The pool was obviously a favorite, the kids would swim until 11:00 every night. The beach is absolutely wonderful and we barely saw people the whole week. Stay Exuma luxury rentals is definitely the place to stay! We can't wait to come back!
