Planning our return to Coconut Breeze! The home and location were absolutely perfect! Our group of ladies traveled to Exuma for a relaxing reset and to celebrate birthdays! The area was quiet and exceeded our expectations! The host answered all my questions before arrival promptly. The housekeeper checked on us and was a delight. The home was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. Our vacation was so enjoyable and we cannot wait to return!

This property exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect, being very close to the airport, with a liquor store and gas station at the end of the street, and a short drive to Georgetown. The house was spotless, with great furniture, comfortable beds and everything we needed in the kitchen. The view is spectacular and the beach was amazing. We have been to Exuma a few times and by far this was the best place we have stayed. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. The host was extremely responsive and the caretaker checked in on us a few times. We will be back.

We can’t say enough about how amazing our vacation was! We will definitely be back to this house! It’s perfectly situated in the middle of everywhere you want to go! The beach at the house is absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. The home was so clean and comfortable! The outdoor sitting area was perfect for afternoons!

Great location to the airport, restaurants, liquor stores and grocery stores. House was well stocked and has a great ocean view and a long stretch of beach for walks.

The house was beautiful and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, and other necessities. The view was amazing. It was a little on the cooler side while we don’t use the pool but it was also very nice. Perfect for three couples or families.

The house was beautiful and very clean. The pool and view were awesome! We had a small issue with an AC unit, which the manager was very responsive about and fixed the issue right away. The only small complaint we had about the house is that there were no closets in the bedrooms and no dressers in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Is this normal there? I still give the house 5 stars. We had a wonderful vacation at Coconut Breeze!

Coconut Breeze was one of our favorite vacation stays yet! It is more amazing than the pictures. The house is very well equipped and centrally located so you can get to beaches in both ends of the island. The pool and swimming in the ocean in front of the house were the best!

This was our family’s first stay in Exuma and the location of Coconut Breeze made it easy to explore the island. The home was spacious and immaculately clean. We had everything we needed and the view of the ocean was spectacular. It’s a bright, open space. While you are steps from the beach, it can be a bit rocky and splashy to climb over the rocks to get to the sand. We enjoyed most everything the home had to offer!

Cocunut Breeze was FABULOUS! We visited with two other couples and had a great week. Sidney the host was an outstanding communicator and the house and view were spectacular in person! The space, the amenities, and the location were better than we could have imagined, and the house was spotless for our arrival (thank you Virginia)! The pool, the beach, and the stunning view from the back patio was amazing. We love to cook and the kitchen was well stocked so we could easily find the right tools to prepare our meals. There was plenty of space for six adults and would be comfortable for families and kids as well. The property was meticulously maintained and again...the view!!!! We enjoyed Coconut Breeze so much that we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The house is awesome, the pool could be heated, which was a bit cold for us. The view is beautiful, but the actual beach is hard to get down to, and sometimes completely inaccessible. Communication was great, bedrooms were great, kitchen was great, people were great, overall very good.

The view was STUNNING as you walked in the front door!Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Well stocked with everything you need to cook your food. We loved the fact that it was centrally located on the island. We had one issue with one bathroom shower as the water wouldn't get very warm but we would highly recommend this place!

Outstanding house with perfect views. The house was perfect in every way. Extremely clean, perfectly maintained, and well stocked (love the water filtration system). Some of the best views in the Caribbean from the back yard. Highly recommend. Both the Owner (Sidney) and the Mgmt Staff (Virginia) were great to work with. We've traveled all over the Caribbean and the locals on Exuma might be the friendliest!
