MAISON DE PLAGE!!! Meilleur emplacement - sur Tar Bay + Kayaks inclus!

Sea Garden, 3 chambres / 3 salles de bains, est situé sur la plage avec de belles vues turquoises sur la baie de Tar et sur l’océan. Tar Bay est également surnommée "Millionaire's Beach" en raison de son emplacement privilégié. Il n'y a pas d'hôtels ou d'entreprises ici. La plage est longue de 3 km, idéale pour la plongée en apnée, la pêche, les longues promenades ...

Sea Garden a un grand porche enveloppant de 1. 000 pieds carrés. est atteint à partir d'une série de sept portes de toutes les chambres. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain et un patio avec beaucoup d'intimité ... Il y a un hamac et 2 balançoires sur le porche, donnant sur l'océan ...

L'ameublement de la maison est confortable et contemporain. Les lits ont des matelas en gel et des oreillers en gel pour un sommeil des plus confortables !!!
La cuisine entièrement équipée a une table à manger pour 6 personnes.
Il y a des chaises longues avec des coussins sur la plage.
Profitez de faire un barbecue avec un gril à gaz sur une très belle terrasse donnant sur l'océan.
Les chaises pivotantes et le hamac complètent agréablement le porche pour une détente accrue ...
Deux kayaks sont disponibles pour explorer les eaux de la plage, inclus dans la location.

Sea Garden est situé à environ 5min. de l'aéroport, 7min. de George Town et 15min. du nouveau Sandals Golf and Tennis Resort.
Vous pouvez trouver toutes sortes de restaurants, sociétés de location de bateaux, kitesurf, etc. non loin de la maison, à une courte distance en voiture. Choisissez parmi une variété de circuits proposés par Exuma Tours. Visitez les sites historiques d'Exuma, y compris la rue vieille de 200 ans L'église anglicane Andrews, le cimetière des trois tombes, la maison de coton, le phare de sel, la «femme requin», etc. Réservez une excursion de plongée avec Exuma Scuba Diving pour aller voir la grotte James Bond, nourrir des iguanes et nager avec les cochons !!!

Serenity and beauty

We loved our 10 days at Sea Garden! The deck is steps from the breathtaking beach. Spectacular views from every window. Comfortable home with everything we needed. Great location. Bring sunscreen from home, if possible, because grocery and other items are expensive on the island.

Best decision I could have made

Hands down the most ideal property for what my family needed during our stay on Exuma. The location is perfectly situated in the middle of the island and we could literally roll off the porch onto our own beach. Thank you so much.

Had the absolute best week on Tar Bay beach! House was in a great location to explore both ends of the island. House was just as pictured… I just have a couple of personal recommendations to my fellow travelers; beach towels were provided, but, where only 4’ so not ideal, hair dryers were older with only high low setting and they are extremely hot with not mush blowing, so had to plan ahead to air dry hair, & the pillows from ikea (similar to my pillow) not my favorite & should have packed one of those too! Also the driveway is tricky as bushes Shrubs trees are overgrown and blocking the view to get back onto that main road…. But it was an amazing week in EXUMA 🌴… I’ll definitely be back!

Family Vacation in Exuma!

We had a wonderful time at Sea Garden this past week. Communication before we arrived was fantastic, with Olena answering a few prep questions. House was ready when we arrived and already cool from the new AC’s they had just had installed! The house is literally steps from the ocean, which was one of the best parts of our vacation! I would highly recommend this home to enjoy your family vacation! Brian

Advertised cable/satelite. So fuzzy couldn’t watch. Check in email had the manager contact of someone that no longer is the manager so had to go thru Vrbo to reach owner. No soap/shampoo in showers. Soap was advertised but shampoo wasn’t. No closet in any of the bedrooms. Just was disappointed for the price we paid.

Not quite paradise

Stunning location! Unfortunately we were not completely happy staying here. The air conditioning was not sufficient to cool either the main dining and living room, nor the master bedroom, so that was frustrating. In general, there are quite a few areas that need some sprucing up. Owners were responsive in trying to solve the a/c but I cannot recommend if you are staying there in the heat of summer. Also, would love a few more amenities. That being said, can't beat the beauty of the location.

Great Stay at Tar Bay!!!

We just left Sea Garden after a week at the property. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The beach was mostly secluded the entire week we were there. The home is pretty much as advertised and all the beds were very comfortable. The AC in the home worked great. We never had to reach out to the host during our stay, most information we needed was provided prior to our check-in so we just referenced back to that. The mosquitos were annoying, but only at night, and we came prepared for that. Favorite things: location, bedding, view, wrap around porch, grill, privacy. Suggestions: provide kayak's (I understand there have been issues in the past, but have renters sign a liability waiver). Most of our neighbors had access to paddleboards and kayak's and that was the number one thing that could have made our stay even more phenomenal. The kitchen does need some basic amenities such as measuring cups, a crock pot, and casserole dishes. We made do with what was there and regardless of those, I would come back to this home. I would definitely be more inclined to rent from a place in the future that does provide kayak's, paddleboards, etc though. The location and privacy were unbeatable and we had a fantastic time! Would highly recommend.

Great Location

The property is located right on the beach with a wonderful unobstructed view. The covered porch on three sides provides shade and multiple sitting areas with a nice cooling breeze. Three bedrooms each with its own bathroom and good A/C and ceiling fans. We would certainly rent here again on our next visit to George Town.

Quaint stay at Tar Bay

Tar Bay is absolutely beautiful. Home does not have all the bells and whistles of most, but the view and beach are more than enough. Wind on Tar Bay keeps bugs at bay. Best beach on Exuma by far.

Great Location

Excellent location!!! Beautiful water & amazing beach. Host was extremely user friendly, even allowing us to check in earlier due to our plane arriving early. Great stay!!!

The location was perfect. The house was infested with cockroaches, ants, and sandflies. We contacted owner and she directed us to some ant spray. It ruined our trip. The kitchen was so yucky we had to eat dinner out every night (we love to cook). Huge disappointment.

Misleading and not sanitary

I will start with saying the proximity to the ocean is great. But that’s about it to be honest. I would’ve spent my money elsewhere had I known the state of the home and the deceptive nature of the listing. Here is a list of all the things me and my family found wrong with the property: No kayaks as advertised. Mold on kitchen countertops, inside showers. Peeling/cracked ceiling above master bedroom head. Old brochures (5+years outdated on prices etc). Dust all over fans, dryer sheet in fan blade. No drying rack for clothing. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels for our stay-2 rolls/room. Blow up toys dilapidated. No screens on windows for kitchen. Table for outdoors does not seat 6 people as stated in listing. Pillows extremely flat and broken up in pieces inside the filling of the pillows. No instructions on how to get into the home or even the address until I asked the morning we landed here. Maybe she forgot she had guests coming? Window shades in bedrooms do not stay down and had to be taped by us in order to keep them down- previous duct tape was stuck on them also. Trash/beer bottles and cement block right next to porch on property that had been there a while. Chaise lounge pads are flat and the aderondak chairs broken and cracked- sliced my back and tore a hole in my brother’s shirt.House inside not swept, toothpaste smears on master bathroom counter, kitchen table had stains and stickiness- manager and owner made aware and did not seem to care and got defensive.

Amazing location

My husband and I decided to take our adult children to see why we keep coming back to the Exuma’s 😊. The house itself could definitely use some love and updating but the location is beyond perfect. We walked to the beach every morning and the evenings are just as beautiful.

Sea Garden is located on Tar Bay Beach, which was voted the #1 Best Residential Beach on Exuma. The beach is 2 miles long, great for long walks, snorkeling, swimming and fishing. The beach has a nickname - "Millionaires' Beach", due to its' very expensive homes located along the beach.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The house is a 3 bedrooms/3baths property. it has a wraparound porch of 1,000 sq.ft. It is a great outdoor space. There are a lot of lounge areas, hammocks, which helps to stay out of the sun and still enjoy the beauty of the ocean. The house has 7 doors overall, each bedroom has its own entrance door and lounge area, so you can enjoy your privacy, even if you came with a big family or friends. I have a great team working for the house on the island, my maid/manager and a houseman. So, if something goes wrong, the help is just a call away!
