Bienvenue dans notre belle villa Paradise Found située sur l'ßle de Great Exuma, aux Bahamas. L'emplacement de cette villa offre une vue magnifique sur Elizabeth Harbour, Stocking Island, Jolly Hall et les cayes au large de votre porte d'entrée. Vues sur l'eau et la plage depuis le patio, le salon et la chambre principale.

Paradise Found est parfait pour les couples, les amis ou une famille qui souhaitent plus d'espace avec trois chambres et deux salles de bains et demie. La villa dispose de nombreux extras, dont une cuisine complÚte, Internet, 3 télévisions à écran plat, un lecteur DVD avec une bibliothÚque de films, des jeux de société, des livres, un barbecue à gaz, une boule d'amarrage privée et des accessoires de plage qui comprennent 3 kayaks, une planche à pagaie, un glacier et jouets aquatiques. Notre villa a plus de 1800 pieds carrés d'espace de vie extérieur avec un patio fermé et une douche extérieure. Paradise Found est équipé de commodités pour vous assurer le confort de la maison pendant vos vacances.

Nous sommes Ă  quelques pas des eaux cristallines immaculĂ©es d'Elizabeth Harbour et de Jolly Hall. Vous pouvez nager, pĂȘcher et faire de la plongĂ©e avec tuba juste en face de la Paradise Found Villa. Profitez des vues spectaculaires pendant que vous vous asseyez sur le patio ou dans la zone de bronzage au sable. De lĂ , vous pouvez observer les dauphins occasionnels, les tortues de mer, les raies nager par ou l'un des nombreux oiseaux de mer survoler. A 1/2 mile Ă  pied ou en voiture de la villa, vous trouverez une magnifique plage isolĂ©e Ă  Jolly Hall et Ă©galement une courte distance en voiture est la plage de Hooper's Bay. Nagez dans les eaux turquoises, bronzez sur la plage de sable blanc, trouvez des Ă©toiles de mer et des dollars de sable juste au large. À Hooper's Bay, vous pouvez plonger et voir de nombreuses tortues de mer.

Vous trouverez de nombreux cays au large Ă  explorer en louant votre propre bateau ou en faisant un tour. Il y a une excellente pĂȘche aux os, des excursions en kayak dans le parc national de Moriah Harbour ou une excursion passionnante dans les cayes pour voir les cochons nager. Vous dĂ©couvrirez pourquoi Pirates des CaraĂŻbes et Johnny Depp ont choisi de filmer et d'acheter sur ces cayes vierges.

Nice space and clean. Nice outdoor space and games for everyone. Well stocked kitchen and nice beds. Lots of restaurant locations near by - everyone is on island time so bring snacks :) All in all a great vacation.

Amazing location and beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Paradise Found. The home was well stocked and the location was perfect. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. We were able to explore the entire island and felt like the home was centrally located. The owner provided everything we needed for our stay. The recommendations that were shared for excursions and dining were some of the best on the island. Highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely Amazing!

The photos really don’t do this place justice. We are a group of 7 traveling from the US and stayed for 4 nights. We were completely blown away by this house, the views and how helpful Rachel & Cleo were. We highly recommend this home and will definitely be back in the future!

Made fun memories - beautiful property

We had the best time this week! The house was better than described - when we rent in USA, the spices and condiments are all gone. This place had everything we needed! That is such a small thing to mention, but loved it. Cleo, the house manager, is the sweetest and very responsive. Rachel, the owner, is the same. We had everything we needed. We made so many memories here! The property was large enough that even though we had two families, there was plenty of space for everyone inside and out.

Enjoyed the private paradise!

This was our first experience at a vacation rental while in the Exumas, and it was a good one! I most enjoyed how truly private the home and back yard paradise felt. We got in the water off the back of the property several times and there is a bit of rocky area to traverse but then you quickly get to the white powered sand bottom. The water everywhere on this island is just amazing. Beds were very comfortable, there was nothing we were missing, and it was really nice to be able to use the washer/dryer (and cooler) during our stay. Wonderful host and experience!

Paradise was found!!

Wow! When we pulled in the driveway, it was like heaven! The pictures do no justice of the picturesque scenery . We were greeted by Cleo who made sure everything was perfect when we entered. We did not get to take the kayaks out because it was a little choppy when we were there but Jolly Hall was picture perfect and we spent quite some there. Evenings were a blast with the tiki bar and the large selection of movies and games. Thank you Rachel and Ed for sharing your home with us! Truly Heaven on Earth.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. My entire family agrees that we could never imagine visiting Exuma again if not staying at Paradise Found house. Rachel and her husband Ed have stocked the house with everything you could imagine plus more. We cooked 4 dinners at the house and had everything we needed for this. We had pretty bad weather a couple of nights and easily found flashlights throughout the house that really came in handy for a card game night in the dark. Cleo and Angel were also very helpful with grocery shopping for us prior to our arrival and delivering more water when we were running low. Rachel responded to me via text throughout our stay answering any questions I had - she even tried to help me find new flights after ours were delayed, but we unfortunately arrived two days later than expected. Some of our best times had during our trip was taking full advantage of the location of the house and being able to enter the water right from the stairs leading down to the little beach area. The boys (18, 14, and 10) loved the paddle board and kayaks while my sister and I relaxed in the floats provided. Even on the “rougher” water days we were still able to safely enter the water and snorkel along the rocks. We saw so many different fish, starfish, and my nephew even found a little octopus!
My son is very adventurous and we enjoyed a hiking along the rocks out back.
The boys snorkeling right out back! Easy and safe access into the water!

The stingrays at Chat N Chill were so fun!

Paradise is it

Paradise Found is accurate as seen on the site. The home is lovely and they have not forgotten anything you might want for!!! The outdoor space makes this home special. This is our third time to Exuma and it never disappoints. The beach is often not there and it’s to rough to kayak etc but there are so many other beach options on the island it never bothered us. The views are just spectacular from this location. Rachel and Cleo were always easy to connect with and quick to respond. You won’t be disappointed with this VRBO.

Paradise truly found!

This was an amazing stay! Not our first time to Exuma so we knew what great things to expect of the island and were not disappointed. First time however to Paradise Found and I'm quite sure we'll be back. The home is beautiful, clean ,and very well appointed. The views are incredible. It is extremely private and tucked away against the most stunning land and seascapes! It was great having coffee outside watching the sun rise with waves crashing below. Aaaah! Rachel was great and very responsive during the booking and post booking processes, and Monica graciously received us on the island and assisted with our needs. She was kind enough to return to the airport after our flight had been delayed! It was smooth from start to finish and we can't wait to be back!

PARADISE FOUND SAYS IT ALL!!

Great property with an awesome view. We loved our stay at Paradise Found. The house was clean and ready when we arrived and is a beautiful property. It’s well stocked with everything you need from kitchen gadgets to beach towels and beach chairs to kayaks. You won’t be disappointed if you rent this one!!!! But the outside area is the best part!! Lots of room and sitting areas including your own tiki bar. We had a total of 10 family members staying on the island and everyone always ended up at “Paradise Found” when the sun went down!! We’ve been to Exuma several times and always rent through VRBO. If you’re looking for a house with the big sandy beach right out front, like other reviews have said, this my not be the house for you. We have usually done that ourselves but end up running to different beaches everyday and don’t use our beach at the house much anyways. So the outside area and view at this house and the privacy well makes up for not being right on that big sandy beach!!! We loved Paradise Found and enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place to come home to after a day out exploring and our whole group could relax on the deck and enjoy the view. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property with us!!! We will definitely be back.

Truly Paradise Found

Can not say enough about this spectacular property. Absolutely AMAZING on all levels. Rachel’s home is truly paradise found. The setting, location, decor, cleanliness, comfort, style, amenities are like no other we have ever experienced in a house rental. Our family of 6 loved every minute of our stay and the home provided every comfort you can imagine. The kitchen, linens, tiki bar, water accessories, etc
 were so well stocked. Rachel goes above and beyond to provide absolutely everything you could want for while staying in her beautiful home. The views are like no other. We started and ended each day taking full advantage of the infinite views, picture perfect water, clear skies and amazing breezes on the over water deck. The outdoor furniture is abundant and all so comfortable. The beds were fantastic and the house and furnishings are in superb condition. We loved being in such a convenient location while still set so back from the road. Felt like we were in our own oasis. Literally took our breath away. Could not have dreamed of a better place to host our family vacation. Really appreciated Cleo’s introduction to the property and super grateful for Rachel’s easy and prompt communication from the time we inquired about the property until we left. Doesn’t get better than Paradise Found!!!! Thanks Rachel and Cleo for an unforgettable stay!!!

No words to describe the perfection of this house

We just spent 10 magical days at Paradise Found. Wow! From the second you come up the driveway you will be blown away! First of all, the house and garage are beautifully painted and the grounds are well maintained and absolutely perfect! The screened in porch area is perfect for grilling and is a great location to drop your stuff from a day at the beach! Walking into the perfectly cooled house with its beach vibe, big kitchen, open air dining and living rooms was perfect every single time we came back from our adventures. The bedrooms were very nice and I must say, the beds were the most comfortable we have found in our travels! What will truly amaze you is the view from the giant windows and then stepping out on the huge outdoor patio area. WOW! We loved it so much from the travertine tiling to the wood decking. The outdoor shower was a Godsend and it was so fun watching the different birds visiting every day. Not one thing disappointed with this house. The process was perfect. Monica met us at the airport and Cleo was just finishing up cleaning when we arrived. Both ladies are lovely! Rachel could not have been more accommodating throughout the entire process- answering my questions and had many suggestions to make the trip great! Thank you, Ed and Rachel for sharing your slice of heaven with the world! We will be back for sure!

The pictures speak for itself...I can’t add much more details than other 5-star comments...just to coincide with then that THIS IS A GREAT HOUSE...very well equipped and maintained and conveniently centrally located if you want to explore Great Exuma. As a Nassau resident that loves to explore the out islands, I’ve been around quite a few times: Ábaco, Hope town, twice to Eleuthera, Staniel Cay, Spanish Wells and twice to Great Exuma...this is the best house I’ve stayed so far. I tend to do quite an extensive search before booking looking for a good balance between amenities, view, location and price. If you are a group of 6 to 8 including a mix of adults and kids don’t look any longer...this is THE house !!. We were 5 adults and 4 kids ages 1 to 6 yrs. and this was the perfect fit for our needs. Rachel answered courteously and promptly all our doubts. A separate paragraph for Monica: one evening one of my friends got very badly bitten by sand flies while exploring a remote beach...by 10 pm it was clear she was going to have a tough night and, with all stores closed, I called Monica who offered a antishstamine and a calming balm. She even offered to go the house to deliver it which I refused..the least I could do is get the car and do the short 10’ drive to her house...THANKS MONICA!!. The property was absolutely breathtaking—right on the waterfront with crystal-clear turquoise waters and stunning views in every direction.The villa was spacious, spotless, and perfectly equipped (A) for a group. The outdoor space was the highlight: the tiki bar was such a fun touch, the deck was perfect for lounging, and we loved having direct access to the water. It felt like our own private slice of paradise.Location-wise, it was ideal—close enough to explore local attractions and beaches, but also private enough to relax in peace. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was ready for our arrival.We’ve traveled to the Bahamas before, but this stay in Exuma was truly unforgettable. We would highly recommend Paradise Found Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, and memorable getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Family Vacation

We had the best time at Paradise Found! The house is full of everything we needed and is beautiful! We couldn’t have been happier! Rachel was super responsive and available as needed for questions, etc.

The name says it all! Absolutely stunning property, all the extras included. Owner and property manager were both super friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this villa for the location, comfort, privacy, and the most beautiful views and breezes you can imagine. 10/10

Truly a PARADISE FOUND :)

Stop searching and snag this place while you can! This incredible property is even more amazing in person. The location is centrally located on the main island with easy access to anything you might need, it is very private, and the surrounding property/views/water are breathtakingly beautiful. The house itself is well decorated with thoughtful touches everywhere, CLEAN, VERY COMFORTABLE and meticulously managed. The multiple decks, games and water toys were the icing on the cake. Everything you need to explore other beaches is available for you to use - beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler bag, ice blocks, snorkeling gear, beach towels, etc. There is nothing I can think of this property could improve upon. Communication with the host and property manager were effortless and check-in/check-out was a breeze. My family of 5 spent 6 glorious nights here and it felt like a home away from home haven as soon as we arrived. We successfully experienced almost everything the host recommended in terms of beaches to see and places to eat and everything was excellent! Our unexpected favorites turned out to be the Cocoplum Beach Cabana food shack (some of the best food we had on the island!) and the newly opened Coconut Club on Stocking Island (expensive food/drink but VERY fun experience).* note - while there are places within walking distance to the house you should definitely spend the extra money and rent a car. It will make your vacation significantly easier and you will experience more.

After traveling in the Caribbean for several years, in 2006 we came across the peaceful and beautiful islands of the Exumas. Our family fell in love with the people and natural scenery of this Bahamian island and we have returning almost exclusively ever since. In 2017 we decided to make Exuma our permanent home away from home and purchased "Paradise Found". This secluded villa is nestled on 2.5 acres of coastline property and has spectacular views of Exuma's Elizabeth Harbor and Stocking Island. Our extended family enjoys the peaceful surroundings and we hope you do as well.

The home sits on 2 1/2 acres and has spectacular views of Elizabeth Harbor and Stocking Island from inside the home, on the large outdoor patio, and sandy lounging area. Walk down to the water and jump right in. It has a sandy bottom, and steps down to the water. Lounge and watch the sea life swim and the island birds fly by. Enjoy the early morning sunrise over Stocking Island while you enjoy your first cup of morning coffee or tea. Enjoy evenings of fun and relaxation at the villa Tiki Bar. It's said to be one of the best on the island. :)
