Welcome to our bright Chinatown 1BR apartment with private balcony!

Just a 9-minute walk to Science World SkyTrain station and 12 minutes to Rogers Arena & BC Place stadium district — perfect for concerts, hockey games, soccer events (including FIFA 2026 matches at BC Place), or easy travel around Vancouver.

We're on a residential block on Main Street, close to vibrant Chinatown with dozens of great restaurants and shops.

Grocery convenience is excellent:

Epicurean delights nearby:

The Space
Our condo offers approx. 560 sq.ft. of total space, including the private balcony, and is comfortable for up to two guests. The private balcony provides a convenient outdoor spot for fresh air or coffee. Inside you'll find a full kitchen with essentials, dedicated workspace, in-unit washer/dryer, portable air conditioning, bathtub, high-speed WiFi, fresh towels/shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, and French press coffee.

Really easy check-in, access, and check-out. Instructions were clear and communication was great. The room was clean, body/hand/face towels and soaps were provided, and kitchen and living area were spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows. At first we were a little unsure about the neighborhood. It borders areas with a large unhoused population. But, we never felt unsafe and the neighborhood is an eclectic mix of people which gives it a lot of interest and character. Fun ethnic grocery stores to visit and easily walkable to good eateries.The apartment suited our needs. We didn’t spend much time there during the day and we didn’t use the kitchen facilities much. We were grateful for the laundry facilities. The bed was comfortable. The bus system in Vancouver is fantastic and that was our chief mode of transportation. Buses were easily accessible.Robert was easy to connect with and was most helpful with check in.

Amazing Experience

I had a pleasant experience staying in this property. The place is very cozy, beautiful decoration and fully equipped. Its right in downtown but inside you feel a quite vibe, with garden view and very silent. It's in a convenient location. The place was very clean and the host was extremely kind and efficient with fast response always. Highly recommend!

Stayed for a night and was very pleased. Owner/manager was very courteous and prompt in his correspondence with me. The apartment was neat and well presented, although the bathtub could use some work (a good scrubbing would take care of it). Located within a short walking distance to BC Place, Science World and Rogers Arena (the purpose of our stay). I definitely recommend it.
