Brand new, detached 2-level guest house offering complete privacy with a secure entrance and private path. You'll have the entire unit to yourselves.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a King Bed and a full bathroom
Main Floor: Open-concept living room, dining area, and full kitchen with a double futon
Sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 small children maximum
Base rate is for 2 guests – maximum occupancy is 4 (strictly enforced due to insurance; no exceptions)

Heat pump for cooler months.
Hardwood floors throughout
Full kitchen with:
Electric stove & oven

Booking & Security:
We are committed to providing a safe and reliable experience. To prevent fraudulent bookings, we require the following:
Photo ID (driver’s license or passport) must be sent via the platform at least 3 days prior to final payment
The name on the reservation must match the ID (we do not request or store credit card information)
Provide a valid mobile phone number and email for communication during your stay
Host will verify photo ID again upon arrival
Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-in: 4:00 PM (Early check-in available with prior approval and may incur a fee)
Check-out: 11:00 AM (Late check-out subject to availability and additional fee)

Owners/managers were born and raised in Vancouver – happy to offer local recommendations!
Managed on behalf of a long-term tenant who rents out the unit when away

Cancellation Policy
30+ days before check-in: 100% refund
29-14 days before check-in: 50% refund
Less than 14 days: No refund
Early arrival and late checkout fees may apply (charged at ⅓–½ of the daily rate), subject to availability and approval.

Security Note:
To help keep everyone safe and secure, we have outdoor cameras on the main home — at the front, sides, backyard (covering entryways), and alleyway. These are used for general safety and to help with check-in for the suite.
There are no cameras inside or in any private guest areas.
Only the front door camera on the main home records audio.
There are also motion-sensor lights around the property to make you feel more safe and comfortable during your stay.
