Sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 small children maximum
Base rate is for 2 guests – maximum occupancy is 4 (strictly enforced due to insurance; no exceptions)

Booking & Security:
We are committed to providing a safe and reliable experience. To prevent fraudulent bookings, we require the following:
Photo ID (driver’s license or passport) must be sent via the platform at least 3 days prior to check in.
The name on the reservation must match the ID (we do not request or store credit card information) this is matched with VRBO information.
Provide a valid mobile phone number and email for communication during your stay
Host will verify photo ID again upon arrival.
Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-in: 4:00 PM (Early check-in available subject to availability and additional fee)
Check-out: 11:00 AM (Late check-out subject to availability and additional fee)

Cancellation Policy
30+ days before check-in: 100% refund ( high season rates - 60 days or more for full refund)
29-14 days before check-in: 50% refund ( high season rates -59-30 days)
Less than 14 days: No refund (high season rates less than 30 days, no refund)
Early arrival and late checkout fees may apply (charged at ⅓–½ of the daily rate), subject to availability and approval.

Security Note:
For safety and security, the property has exterior cameras covering the outdoor perimeter and entryways, along with motion-sensor lighting around the home. There are no cameras inside the suite or in any private guest areas.
