This is a 11th-floor LOFT in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, the suite has incredible views of the city. Perfect for couples, solo travellers business guests, the suite is a great place to relax after a busy day exploring everything the city has to offer!

The apartment is within walking distance to many famous places in Vancouver - Rogers Arena, BC Place, English Bay, Vancouver Art Gallery, Yaletown Marina, Gastown, Coal Harbour and many more. 100% walk score!

Basic cooking items, including pots and pans. High speed internet and streaming are available.
Fully equipped bathroom. Ensuite laundry with detergent and sheets included.

1 secured underground parking space provided.

Please note that our unit is in the heart of Vancouver and many sites and locations are easily accessible. However with living in Downtown Vancouver, there might be some street noise in the evenings and on weekends.

Visible mold in the bathroom
 a lot, strong cleaning fragrance, very hot, furnished with the cheapest quality everything. Very loud area, especially if you have the windows open so you don’t suffocate. Most of this doesn’t really bother me , but the mold makes this an unsafe place for humans.

Great location!

The property is in a good location to get to everywhere - public transport etc. just be careful if you need to checkout before 7am as the key cafe is in 7-11 which doesn’t open until 7. Fortunately for us, a worker who was there early let us in. We would stay here again.

The location and owner were amazing. The communication was unsurpassed. The views were great and the unit had everything we could have asked for. The dinings in the area were amazing. And the walkability was amazing. The building concierge left a lot to be desired.

Loft on Seymour

We had a great time staying in the place. Accessibility was easy, check in was easier than expected, the place was open and comfortable. We were visiting friends in Van and we didn't end up staying at the unit other than to sleep, but while we were there, it was quite comfortable! Mornings were a little noisy, I forgot how loud Vancouver construction can be!

We stayed here a couple of nights prior to getting on a cruise. It is within walking distance of a couple of train stops as well as the port. There are plenty of dining options around the area as well. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for the stay. The views of the surrounding areas is fantastic. You can even see a few mountain tops peaking out above the downtown buildings. It is a studio loft, so there isn't a ton of space. I wouldn't recommend this for more than 3 people. The nightlife on the streets below is pretty active. Even with the windows closed, we could hear it pretty well very late into the night. Since there is no AC, if you stay during a hot period and need to keep the windows open, don't expect it to be quiet.

NOT Recommended

I cannot recommend this property. While most places have a check-out time of 11 AM, this one was 10 AM. When I requested a late check-out, it felt like I was asking for a huge favor just to get an extra hour. Even after getting the extension, the cleaner showed up at 10:30 AM, opened my door without knocking, and argued with me about leaving, despite my prior arrangement with the host. She then stood outside, talking loudly on her phone while I packed up.Furthermore, the property was not as modern as it appeared in the photos. There were chipped walls everywhere, the furniture was dated, and the shower water sputtered. The bathroom tap barely had any water pressure at all. If you don’t mind outdated conditions and poor service, then go ahead and book, but I definitely won’t be returning.

Cutely appointed, but noisy!

This is a cutely appointed condo in the heart of a busy area of town. We specifically chose this location for its convenient access to BC place, as we were in town for an event there. That, we definitely got! Super easy stroll to BC place. The condo was airy and bright, which was nice. Wish the bathroom was more updated and the kitchen better stocked. For 850 a night, the host didn't even bother to leave us with some creamer for our morning coffee. While you're in the heart of a busy part of town, I was surprised at how well we could hear the street performers downstairs into 2am. I kept checking to see if there was a window open, that's how clear we could hear them. Turns out all windows were shut, but seems like they're all single-pane which made the city sounds, well, a huge pain. Hard to sleep. Bed not super comfortable, bedding a little musty. I think that with very minimum TLC, the host can significantly upgrade the stay! Thanks, we have a fabulous weekend!

Visited in early September temperature outdoors was hot and the unit does not have air conditioning, it had one small fan, needs minor repair to shower. Area is close to a loud club and with no a/c makes the stay uncomfortably warm and noisy if you need to keep the windows open for air and ventilation.Was close to a small market and several dining locations.

I arrived at the property to find water all over the floor coming from the fridge and a very run down apartment, with a smell to it. No water coming out of the bathroom sink and moldy old tub and shower so I showered elsewhere. I contacted the owner or manager and never heard from him at all. I cleaned up all the water myself. I texted as well as VRBO app. Nothing. First night using the bathroom there were silverfish crawling on the floor so I made sure my suitcase was closed at all times. The place is very run down and dirty. I tried not to be there very often. Then when I was getting the garbage ready to take down when I was leaving I had it by the stove while I was emptying the bathroom garbage and there was a line of tiny bugs coming from under the stove within seconds. Onto the garbage bag. I panicked and grabbed the garbage and quickly took it downstairs. When I got back up, my arm had bugs on it. I was so freaked out. I finally reached out again and this time he got back to me. But that all he did, got back to me. Never had an experience like this before. It gets one star because it does have a beautiful view.

Getting keys and parking

You have to get keys before you can get in or park which is 2 blocks away. Not a problem if you don’t have a carIf you have a car good luck on finding a parking spot so you can get the keys to the garage. The instructions on where car garage is good but 3 of the parking units all look the same I wouldn’t want to try to park a large truck or suv in there I do have to give the property manager credit in getting back to me with my questions. It was just very stressful trying to find a parking spot 2 blocks away with all the traffic and people walking to retrieve keys

Chan and manager Julia were responsive when contacted. Location was perfect for our needs, close to Skytrain, shopping, groceries, restaurants. Condo was stylish and clean with all you need for a stay. While the property needs a few refresher updates, we would stay there again. It was clean, nice building and centrally located.
