Good Place to stay.

My husband and I stayed here for a week. The house was very nice, well equipped, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It does have a lovely deck and hot tub, but we never used them.

Nice and roomy

We enjoyed our stay in the house. Enjoyed the layout, plenty of room. The back yard is begging for dogs to zoom! Would definitely stay there again.

Westport House

This is an excellent vacation get away when you’re down in West Port. It’s convenient to the harbor and close to the beach. It’s new and very clean. I would highly recommend this property if you are staying in West Port.

Great Getaway

Had a great time at this house. Short 2-night stay with our kids and grandkids with plenty of room. Enjoyed the fenced back yard and hot tub. We grilled one night and had everything we needed. Close to town and beach.

Amazing place!

The house was beautiful inside and had a huge back yard. The hot tub was crystal clear and was a perfect add on! It was a little tricky finding it but as long as you come from the other side of the street you should be fine!

This was a new place and the dog loved the backyard, they had toys for the dog. The children liked to play games, football, soccer and liked the openness of the home. The best thing was the hose to wash our feet had the option to have warm water. We could even wash our vehicles clean. This was so nice, being at the end of the road made it nice and quite.

Beautiful home with great potential but lacks in cleanliness

The home is beautiful but very much lacks in cleanliness. Getting into the house was easy but unfortunately upon arrival, we had to do cleaning as the house was not properly cleaned for our stay. The fridge was not clean & still had food in it from a previous guest. The yard was not well maintained, the grass was uncut & the gravel areas had tall, prickly weeds. One neighbor had large, aggressive dogs & the other neighbor was rude & threatened to shoot our dog. The back sliding glass door did not lock & so we had to repair the door ourselves in order to be able to lock it, we spent the first night with the door unlocked as we didn't realize this issue until it was time to go to bed so we took care of it the next morning. The first night we were there, a planned citywide power outage occured that we were also not made aware of prior to our arrival. In the master bathroom shower, the shower curtain liner was very moldy & that was extremely discouraging as I'm very allergic to mold so I couldn't use that shower. There were dirty dishes that had been put away & wet cups stacked together in the cupboard. The extra blankets in the closet smelled of dog so we had to wash them prior to using. We couldn't sit on the chair in the master bedroom as the front leg was very unstable & ready to pop off. When leaving we always check under the beds to make sure we aren't leaving anything behind & found garbage, large dust bunnies & dirty socks. The management company is unprofessional & rude.

After reviewing your feedback, I wanted to share a few clarifying notes:-My cleaning team reaches out to every guest after check-in to make sure everything is in order, and I didn’t receive any concerns from you during your stay.-I've since checked and secured the sliding glass door to ensure it locks properly for future guests.-I welcome pets at the property, but I do ask that they’re supervised and well-managed in the yard to avoid any issues with neighbors.-I wasn’t notified in advance of the citywide power outage, and I understand how that could’ve impacted your first night.Thanks again for your feedback—I'm always working to improve the guest experience and appreciate the opportunity to do so.

What a great place!

We are from the area, but we're staying here with out of town family in for my daughter's birthday. The house was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner was responsive with any questions, making sure we had everything we needed. Convenient to the store and nearby hikes.We've already recommended it to friends and family coming into town this summer.
