The Very Vogue unit is a one-bedroom, one bathroom, and comes with sleeping options for four, as it has a Murphy bed and a queen bed in the bedroom. There are 500 square feet to enjoy, whether you are cooking up your favorites in the fully equipped kitchen or looking at the beautiful heritage buildings out your windows. This luxury condo has all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable.

The famous Beacon Hill Park is only a 10-minute walk away, as are the Empress Hotel and Parliament Buildings. If you are flying in on a seaplane, the Inner Harbour terminal is just a 5-minute walk from this condo. This luxury condo has all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle. Note that this parking spot is for a small-sized car only.

Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $290 that will be added at the time of booking. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Also, note that the rates you see are based on 12-month stays, but we also offer rates for various other lengths of stay. All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation, it is still refundable, less a $175 administrative fee, up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
