Situated in the heart of Old Town Victoria, Harbour Breeze is a modern (circa 2014) apartment boasting a large balcony equipped with a seating area and table. Victoria's bustling Chinatown and Market Square are just a minute's walk away. Gorgeous downtown unit, 2 minutes to the famous Fan Tan Alley and Market Square. Just a block from the water and Inner Harbour, float planes, museums, and so much more. This unit sleeps four with full in-suite laundry facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining for four, along with a lovely queen-sized sofa bed in the living room to experience the views of Victoria Chinatown.

The famous Beacon Hill Park is only a 10-minute walk away, as are the Empress Hotel and Parliament Buildings. If you are flying in on a seaplane, the Inner Harbour terminal is just a 5-minute walk from this condo.

Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.

Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $275 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for $180.00. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Important notes:
All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation, it is still refundable, less a $175 administrative fee, up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
