The view alone makes this place worth the stay the rest was just icing on the cake! We were in town for work so unfortunately didn’t get to spend as much time as we would have liked enjoying the deck, fire pit and kitchen but the hot tub was amazing after standing on concrete for 7 hours and the beds were comfortable. We would happily come back for a non work weekend so we could enjoy everything it has to offer.

We met Canadians on the ferry to Victoria. When they learned we were staying in Malahat, they said the view must be awesome - and it was. The view was spectacular. Gorgeous sunrises. Hard not to just sit outside the entire time. Of course, there's a gorgeous view from the master bedroom, so you didn't have to sit outside to appreciate the beauty. Same view from the hot-tub. Stunning. The host were easy to communicate with. The amenities (shampoo and conditioner that were Canadian made and organic) were awesome.

We had a wonderful stay at the Malahat Ocean View Oasis. The views of the water were absolutely beautiful and made for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just an easy 30-minute drive from Victoria, making it convenient to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet retreat.The home was very comfortable and well-equipped. The beds were cozy, and having a washer and dryer available was a great bonus, especially for a longer stay. We were not able to enjoy the amenities, including the hot tub, firepit, and BBQ, because there was so many other things to do in the area.Overall, this was a lovely place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway with stunning ocean views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and comfortable. It was private, tucked up on a hill, which we absolutely loved. Also, we had a stunning view! The morning sunrise was beautiful. We would definitely return.

Amazing Cabin!! Lovely View

The place is lovely. It had everything we could have needed! Kitchen is very well stocked. Lots of towels!! The hot tub is great and the master bedroom with the king size bed was very comfortable even had a fireplace. We really enjoyed our weekend and we will miss it

Beautiful views! This property has everything you need! We were stuck inside a bit more than we would have liked, the weather was a little chilly! But had it been a bit warmer and not so windy we would have spent more time outside as the outdoor space is fantastic!

Quiet and cozy

Nothing fancy about this place, but it was quiet and comfortable. Interior was very clean and well kept. New floors, bathrooms, and fixtures. A bit of a drive to get anywhere, but nicely situated for us to explore both Victoria and Nanaimo areas.

Better than advertised

What a terrific place for a get-away while visiting the Island. Even though it's so close to the highway, the area is super private. Everything in the home is so comfortable and well appointed. But all you need is the view from the patio. We weren't sent to jail when we confessed to accidentally bringing home a hand towel, but it's ok because we will return it when we rebook for next year!

This is a lovely place, clean and well supplied. The description of the highway noise is accurate by the owner. The hot tub was clean, and we enjoyed the view from the deck. My only recommendation is to have pillow options available.
