Make your way through the large historic front doors into our freshly designed vacation home. Step up onto the front porch and into the house via the smart keyless lock and be greeted with soaring ceilings and generously sized rooms designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

LIVING AREA
The living area features a generous plush sectional surrounding the 55" wall-mounted TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped custom kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a gas cooktop, a combi oven (combination of microwave and oven) installed in the kitchen island, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to cover all the cleaning up. A convenient wine/coffee bar area plus a mud room/butler's pantry to keep you organized.

Serve your meals in the elegant dining room with a table set for ten and a highchair available for the little ones. Enjoy coffee at the kitchen island, or watch the chef cook your favorite meal.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS - 2ND FLOOR
The two primary suite bedrooms within the spacious home can be found on the second floor. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage to unpack and make yourself home.

The primary bedrooms offer a luxurious king-size bed with an attached full ensuite bathroom, double vanities, and walk-in showers stocked with clean towels. One of the bedrooms has a traveling crib, and the other has a bonus trundle bed that opens into two single beds for plenty of sleeping space! All bedrooms have wall-mounted Roku smart TVs so that you can enjoy your favorite shows from the privacy and comfort of your bed!

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS - 3ND FLOOR
Bedroom #3 has a king-size bed, a bench, a side table, a closet with hangers, and a laundry basket. Bedroom #4 has two side-by-side twin trundler beds sleeping four guests comfortably, plus a pack-n-play for your toddler.

LAUNDRY
2ND level, you'll find the vast custom laundry room with a full-size front loader washer and dryer, complete with detergent and dryer sheets, to make vacation laundry a breeze.

The Neighborhood:
The Benton Park Neighborhood is named after St. Louis' second-oldest park. From its beginnings as early as 1836 to today, this neighborhood has maintained a prominent place in the city's heritage. With Benton Park's age and architecture, it earned the distinction as the largest historic district in St. Louis in 1985 when the Landmarks completed a voluminous nomination into the National Register.

Benton Park is an urban vibrant walkable neighborhood with lots of unique shops and restaurants. It's home to social and community events for all ages.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

Great alternative for business trip

House was a great alternative for our group in town for a trade show. It was nice to have a home to relax in as an alternative to a hotel. Enjoyed the stay.

Benton Park Holiday

Had a lovely stay here over the New Year's holiday. Spacious, comfortable home located within walking distance of all of the Benton Park hot spots. The host made sure to have a crib set up for us in the main bedroom upon arrival and provided access to the gated driveway and garage for our vehicle. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Accommodating home near many attractions

A very lovely stay, close to Lemp Mansion and Lemp Grand Hall. The house is HUGE and a great space for family. Check in time is a bit later than some hotels. However, the property manager is very responsive and accommodating. This is a beautiful older home, but be prepared to hike some stairs to get to the bedrooms. The shower in the first bedroom up the stairs was adored by all. If we find ourself in St. Louis again, this is the house we will be looking to book.

Wonderful house that comfortably accommodated 12 of us for the weekend - clean, stocked with all necessities and close to everything we needed for the weekend (great neighborhood breakfast and pizza restaurants, walking distance to the brewery, and a short drive to the City Museum).

Fabulous Property

Beautifully renovated house with large rooms and high quality amenities. We stayed two nights with 5 adults and 4 children and had ample room. Location is great in a safe and historic neighborhood two blocks from highway exit. The house turned out to be a highlight of our spring break trip to St. Louis. Would definitely stay again.

Historic Charm

The property was clean and spacious. The street was busy but the private parking made up for it. We enjoyed it's location near the interstate and how it made it easy to get anywhere. Lastly the management company was easy to work with and very responsive.

Great stay for conference

My coworker and out familys split this house and it was perfect! We have a 1 year old and 2 year old and they have a 9month old, 6 yr old and 9 yr old. It was great for all ages! The host was very responsive. The only true issue we had was sometimes the lock key pad was a little finicky. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

Location perfect

Benton Park and Soulard never disappoint. We really enjoyed this home. Bedding was super comfortable, kitchen was supplied with needs, perfect for our visit with our SLU students. Very clean and spacious. Lock was a bit hard to understand at first but we figured it out. Would recommend this home.

We traveled quite a bit due to the tournament but we enjoyed the spacious rooms and areas. We had eight people from different families and everyone had their proper privacy. Great trip over all. Thank you, we won 1st place!!!! Woot, Woot.

Everything was perfect! Communication was great! Home was just as it stated it was. If there is anything I would change is maybe a little earlier check in and or later check out. But I understand the cleaning crews need to do their work. Highly recommended!

Nice house in a great neighborhood

The property is as listed, a nice large home in a good neighborhood. We had trouble getting in due to confusing instructions but a quick response from management helped out. The house is lacking some basics such as kitchen dish towels, kitchen sponges, and luggage stands in the bedrooms. We did enjoy the spacious outdoor area but it’s lacking chairs. It’s a great location and we enjoyed our stay.

The Perfect Wedding Weekend Homebase

We rented this house for my daughter's wedding weekend. We had 8 guest and plenty of room to come and go throughout our 3 day stay. (The bride even got ready in the house but wanted a full tour before putting on her wedding dress.) We loved the comfortable beds, awesome showers and the mix of modern touches and light fixtures in this amazingly beautiful historical house. The courtyard and garage were bonus features that we used and enjoyed. Thank you!
