Bienvenue dans ma belle et extrêmement spacieuse maison de 4 étages avec 5 chambres privées et 5 salles de bain (3 complètes, 2 demi). Décoré avec un goût exquis, alliant luxe et confort, c'est votre ultime maison loin de chez vous. Meilleure partie de la maison - terrasse sur le toit de niveau supérieur offrant une vue imprenable sur la ville et l'arc de Saint-Louis. Situé au centre de toutes les grandes rues Les attractions de Louis le rendent parfait pour les grandes familles et les groupes d'affaires!

Ma maison de 3 160 pieds carrés a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un séjour des plus agréables. Entièrement meublé et bien équipé avec une attention aux détails dont les voyageurs ont besoin. Le plan d'étage ouvert spacieux au niveau principal comprend une cuisine de chef sur mesure avec un immense îlot central en granit pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Design contemporain exclusif avec de nombreuses finitions modernes et haut de gamme. Salle à manger et salon combinés dans un espace ouvert - une configuration idéale pour passer du temps avec la famille et les amis.

La luxueuse suite principale dispose d'une baignoire avec une douche séparée, de doubles lavabos et d'un immense dressing. Deux autres chambres également situées au même étage avec une salle de bain complète séparée. Au dernier étage, vous trouverez la suite penthouse avec des portes coulissantes en verre menant à la terrasse sur le toit avec une vue magnifique sur la ville et une vue complète de l'Arc. Certainement la meilleure partie de la maison! Détendez-vous, prenez un verre tout en profitant d'une vue magnifique sur St. Louis ville.

Très central - à seulement 8 minutes du centre-ville, du Bush Stadium, du Americas Center, de Forest Park avec le zoo. 5 minutes du jardin botanique.

Awesome layout

This house is very large and many stories which was nice for 4 couples to stay at. There is a top (4th floor) with a large balcony; the 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom which is awesome!! The 2nd floor is a wonderful kitchen and living room space and the 1st floor has a bedroom and bathroom making this a great place to stay.

Clean, modern and centrally located

This home was perfect for our two families who were spending time in St. Louis. It was minutes from the arch, the zoo, botanical gardens and so much more. Each room had so much space and all areas were quiet and private.

Perfect Retreat close to everything

Family of 6 adults 4 kids perfectly designed for a big family and stunning decor and new built home. Loved the interior and balcony views were amazing . Nice clean environment, will def come back here on our next quick visit to St Louis, thank you Remi!.

Best Spot in St Louis

Remi was a great host. Her property is in a great location and has everything you need. The home is spacious and has everything you need for an extended stay or a fun weekend. The rooftop balcony has incredible views of downtown. Nice place to relax and enjoy the weather. The beds are very comfortable and there are enough bathrooms for everyone. We will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent location for family fun!

This was the PERFECT property for our families coming together. We were literally minutes from everything. (Arch, Zoo, City Museum, Science Center, Aquarium). Plenty of sleeping spots for all 12 of us, and Remi was communicative and available if needed. She even had baby gates for our infants! Seriously a great place to stay while exploring St. Louis!

Great location!

This house was perfect for our group. We had a group that was in town for a wedding and the layout of the kitchen eating area and family room made it a great place to hang out and get to know each other and play games etc. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and well thought out. I would like to add that there are a LOT of stairs at this house so if anyone in your group has a problem with stairs beware!

Beautiful modern house

We had a great time in St Louis largely in part to this perfect property. Location is super convenient to get to all of downtown and central west end spots quickly. The house itself is large, comfortable and really well appointed. Remi the property manager responded quickly to questions. We will absolutely be back.

Winter weekend with Friends

This was a wonderful house to get together with friends for a weekend getaway. 4 couples each had a private bedroom. Great kitchen with everything you need and plenty of space to socialize together. Just 5 minutes to a lot of attractions including all things to do in downtown St. Louis. Remi was a great host.

Perfect for large family gatherings

The open concept on the main floor with kitchen and dining room is perfect for large family gatherings. We could all communicate and be together in one large and area that has plenty of seating and views. The 5 bedrooms are also a huge bonus when it is time for bed, no sharing a room but still plenty of beds. Property manager is amazing and returns messages instantly. Overall a great place to stay that is close to the city and well kept.

Good multi-generation house

The house was our home base while attending family wedding festivities. The location is great, near downtown and The Hill. Great view on the upper deck with good privacy for our 3 generations of people. It’s a transitional neighborhood and the home is pretty loud/noisy (stairs, floorboards), but otherwise a terrific property. Remi is an excellent host and very responsive to our needs. Definitely will stay there again.

Great house in a great location!

We were thrilled with the house! So bright and spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated with perfect spaces for family and friends to congregate. Lots of nice touches like the exceptional master bath, fresh fruit and wine on the kitchen counter to greet us and very comfortable beds. Bonus: the upstairs porch with the view of St. Louis and the Arch. Spectacular! Check in and out was easy and Remi was very accommodating with our needs. She was great to communicate with!

They needed more dish soap and dish cloth and a casserole dish. It smelled like someone had smoked pot before we got there. Need to space out showers or you won’t have hot water. Otherwise it was a great place with a nice view of St. Louis and close to attractions.

Fabulous property and location.

We travelled to St Louis to visit family for Thanksgiving with our daughter and her family, eight of us in total. We needed accommodations for 4 children and 4 adults. This property was simply perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped . Plenty of space for our son and his family along with our daughters children to viist. We had other family member stop by and visit, it’s location and space was perfect. Additionally, we visited the City Museum, Arch, Science Museum, all 10 minutes away. The Magic house was just 20 minutes. Would certainly rent this property again when we all travel to St Louis.

Great stay!

Highly recommend this property for your St Louis stay! We stayed 4 nights and loved this home. Teenager enjoyed having his own space. Friends & family enjoyed gathering on main level together! We had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to do laundry. Bathrooms were clean. House was clean. Felt like a safe area which was important to us with a child and the women in our group coming and going for different activities. Quiet at night. Close to some very good restaurants. Highly recommend going to The Hill for a great Italian meal & Sqwires also ! Best Feature was a bathroom on each floor! We absolutley Loved the top floor balcony! Pictures and description were very accurate.

We had 5 couples and it was hard to find a place that could accommodate all of us.

The property was perfect. It was big enough and gave everyone the space we needed. It was centrally located and with renting a van service it made it easy to the wine tour. The biggest highlight of the house was that with so many adults it still seemed spacious. The loft really is an extra 5th bedroom. It offered just as much privacy as the other rooms did. I also appreciated the owner Remi kept in constant contact, making sure all was good. She made the perfect hostess and it put my mind at ease in planning the whole trip. Everyone was impressed how beautiful and clean the home was and comfortable the beds were too. Thanks for making my wife’s bday perfect!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! We loved the home - it’s beautifully cared for and well stocked (although it could use a few more towels and washcloths). The beds were very comfy, which was nice after a long day out in the city. The house seemed like just a short drive to anywhere we needed. Definitely try “Have a Cow” restaurant that is just a 4 minute walk down the street. There are definitely a lot of stairs in the house, so if anyone can’t do stairs, this isn’t the house for you. The stairs to the loft are quite dangerous as they continue after you open the door coming down. One member of our party fell and ended up at urgent care with a sprained ankle. We aren’t placing blame, but just want others to be aware.

Great property with a few little things to fix

We were 2 families visiting St Louis for a fun long weekend with our teenaged sons. This house is well decorated and hit a lot of our needs! It was large enough to accommodate us with no one needing to share a bedroom. We had plenty of space to spread out. The location was great. We had close proximity to highways and downtown. The rooftop deck is comfortable and has an awesome view of the arch and downtown. There were a few things that could have been better: 1. This can't be fixed, but if you rent this house, note that it has a lot of stairs. We're an active group, but those with mobility issues should rent with caution. 2. The bedrooms do not have blackout shades or curtains. The 2 rooms that face the rear (north) allow sunlight in as soon as the sun is above the horizon. During our stay, that was just after 5:30am. We couldn't sleep in or even until the alarm we set. 3. The shower in the downstairs bathroom is tiny and the shower door doesn't seal well. 4. There are no towel hooks in the upstairs large full en suite bathroom. 5. On our last night, we started to find some ants in the house. Hopefully an exterminator will visit soon. We had an overall great stay, hence the 5 stars. I don't feel that my criticisms warranted taking a whole star off, but if i could have said 4.5 stars, I would have. I'd consider renting again if the sunlight issues were addressed.

Family Reunion

This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 1 child. Each of us could be on a different floor for lots of privacy. It also had a dining room for meals and a living room for gathering in the house. We also gathered on the rooftop patio. We really enjoyed our stay at this property . C
