Summary:
Welcome to new and improved Clen Oak Lodge! Located on the upper Colorado arm of Lake LBJ & a perfect peaceful hideaway. This area of the lake is perfect for kayaking & swimming as there is not a lot of boat traffic. Relax on the top deck or play on the waterslide until your heart's content. Or jump on one of the water toys to go explore. After the sun goes down gather round the fire pit to roast s'mores with your loved ones! This home has everything you need to keep you entertained for hours!

The Space:
This home has been completely renovated and re-built! It underwent a completed transformation. The home features two separate buildings connected by a charming, covered breezeway. The outdoor space is a hub of activity and relaxation, complete with a ping pong table, BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, corn hole setup, and string lights that carry throughout the back yard to create a magical ambiance in the evening.

The backyard is a multi-level paradise, with stairs leading down to a cozy firepit area and another grassy terrace before reaching the dock. Here, a waterslide and upper sundeck provide fun and relaxation, while kayaks, paddle board and lily pad are ready for peaceful paddles on the river. There is also a cabled boat lift making it easy to store your boat after a long day on the water.

Main House
The main house is designed for comfort and luxury, with large windows that flood the space with natural light and offer stunning views of the water. The master suite is a true retreat, featuring a spacious bedroom with a king size bed, an-suite master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room perfect for family meals, and a bright and airy living room that invites you to unwind and take in the views. A laundry room adds convenience to this well-appointed home.

Guest House
The guest house is equally inviting, with a kitchenette and coffee station for easy mornings by the lake. The bunk room, with its delightful lake views, is perfect for kids or guests. It includes two sets of twin over twin size bunk beds. A second bedroom on the first floor provides additional sleeping space furnished with a queen bed and a shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower ensures comfort for all. The upstairs you will find a second bedroom complete with a queen bed and sofa, where enormous windows frame breathtaking views of the lake, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere.

This lake house is a perfect retreat for families and friends, offering both shared and private spaces to enjoy the beauty of the Colorado River. Whether you're playing games in the breezeway, relaxing by the firepit, or enjoying water activities from the dock, every corner of this property invites you to create lasting memories.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the both houses, fire pit area, and backyard down to the water including the 2 story boat dock. Water toys and a waterslide.

The Neighborhood:
This home is close to golf courses, local wineries & restaurants, hiking and other local attractions such as Longhorn Caverns and Spider Mountain. There is a private boat ramp available for the guest as well in the Heart of Texas Resort.

Getting Around:
Guests will need a vehicle to get to this property and around to the local attractions.

Other Things to Note:
We are available by email, text, phone, or can be available in person if need be.

This property is Dog Friendly. There is $100 per pet fee and there is a max of 2 pets allowed.

Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
