-- Parking: Free on-street parking spots out back. This is a typical Pittsburgh home that sits on a hill so you'll be climbing a pretty big set of stairs.

-- Bathrooms: Three full bathrooms located on first and second floors. Includes linens, toiletries, etc.

--Internet: Work from home with high speed!

-- Kitchen: fully stocked with stainless pots & pans, knives, utensils, toaster, microwave, etc.

-- Coffee & Tea: Keurig coffee maker

-- Living Room: 55" Flat screen smart TV

-- Dining Table: Suitable for 4 people

-- Laundry: Not available (long term guests can have access to the washer/dryer but we need to be alerted before your arrival. Only for stays over 14 nights)

-- Pets: Not permitted

-- No Smoking indoors (smoking outdoors, please don't leave butts on ground)

-- Central Air Conditioning / Heating

The entire house is yours.
Other things to note
There is one street parking available in front of the house for a smaller vehicle. However, the front door does not have an access pad so we do encourage guests to utilize the street parking behind the house which is 54th St. There's much more space for parking. You'll access the property via the back gate and stairs. Please note that this is a typical Pittsburgh home that sits on a hill so you'll be climbing a pretty big set of stairs.

We’ve had some past issues, so these rules are here to help keep everything running smoothly. If anything seems unclear or if you have any questions, just ask – we’re here to help!


House Rules:

No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy.
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.

Age Requirement:
Guests must be 21 years or older.

Location Requirement:
We don’t rent to local residents of Pittsburgh – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.

Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.

We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
