Enjoy a fully appointed chef’s kitchen. Step onto the deck for amazing Smoky Mountain (and tram!) views. Upstairs, 2 king suites feature private decks, Smart TVs, heated bidets, & Nespresso machines. The cabin was extremely clean and presented well. Close to downtown but also close to the bypass.

Note that it does not include extra amenities commonly found in some VRBO rentals. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, blow dryers, and cooking seasonings (such as oils and spices) are not provided. There is a small box with a travel size conditioner, shampoo, and soap bar. It will not last past two days. Also, there were small bugs all over the house in the morning that got in through the cracks under the door.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback, and we truly appreciate your honesty as it helps us continue to improve the experience for our guests! You make a very valid point about the toiletries and we completely understand the expectation for a longer stay. We do provide a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, and soap to get guests settled in and we always recommend that guests bring any additional personal care products they may need for the duration of their stay. We will look into how we can better communicate this in our listing so that future guests can plan accordingly. Regarding the cooking seasonings and spices, we want to be transparent that out of an abundance of caution for the health and wellbeing of all of our guests we do not leave opened food items such as oils and spices that have been previously used by other guests. We completely understand that this may differ from some other vacation rentals and we appreciate your understanding on that front. There are several great stores nearby where those items can be picked up quickly and easily! We also sincerely apologize for the bugs you experienced and we will be addressing the door seals and any entry points right away to make sure that is taken care of for future guests. We always strive to provide a five star experience and we would love the opportunity to welcome you back -- whether at Cliffhanger or one of our other cabins -- and to give you the seamless and comfortable stay you deserved. We hope to see you back in Gatlinburg again someday!

Amazing sunrise views

The property has recently been updated and has great amenities. Amazing views from every room with multiple decks. The sunrise view from the master bedroom is breathtaking! Small little issues like the bathroom door sticking on the main level and an exposed nail on the main deck that kept getting tripped on, but overall a great property. We didnt stay long enough to take advantage of the resort pool and other amenities, but we enjoyed our stay.
